Overview

(LOCATION: Cape Coral FL) This 48' Ocean Aft Cabin Motor Yacht is a twin-deck motor yacht with flybridge, pilothouse, and three staterooms. There's room for everyone. She's a great day boat, sunset cruise boat, and extremely enjoyable for extended cruises with the versatile accommodations to do it all.

Starting at the top we have a spacious flybridge with radar arch and bimini top. The centerline helm is forward with captain’s chair. There's guest seating to either side with plenty of room for entertaining in the sun and sea air. The large aft deck is equipped with a dinghy davit. A wide staircase takes us below to the pilothouse.

The pilothouse is forward with lower helm station starboard and a full galley port side with refrigerator/freezer, electric range with oven, and microwave oven. The carpeted salon is open, bright, and inviting with dining area and entertainment center port side. To starboard we have a bar with ice maker, easy chair, and L-shaped settee with drop-lead table. Relax, entertain, or dine in comfort.

There are three staterooms. The forward guest stateroom has queen berth, two cedar-lined hanging lockers, and private head access. The forward head compartment has mirrored vanity and shower stall. There’s a lower guest stateroom with double berth, two hanging lockers, and laundry with washer and dryer. The master aft stateroom has queen berth, two night stand with credenzas, large hanging lockers, and ensuite head with vanity and tub with shower.

Play Pen is powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines, is equipped with a generator and four reverse cycle HAC units. On-board electronics are somewhat dated and there is some TLC needed but she has the accommodations and equipment to serve as a weekend getaway, a live-aboard, or an extended cruiser.
