Overview

Shed kept in a quiet marina on one of the tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia, the "Lady L" has stayed tucked away out of the elements for the last 9 years and it shows.  Lovingly maintained and updated by her knowledgeable owner, "Lady L" is surely not to be missed. She has a tastefully updated interior, newer electronics, new 4 sided enclosure, new bridge cushions, custom helm seat and a long list of other items that have been updated or added. Her 1,000 service was recently completed and she is ready to be enjoyed by a new owner.

Accommodations

Boasting a truly unique interior design, the 2 stateroom galley up layout allows for a very large master stateroom and wide open salon. 

As you enter the salon on the starboard side the galley is to your right side. To the port side is a large L shaped lounge that is finished in Ultraleather. The aft section of the lounge has a hidden pull out bed. There is a high gloss finished teak drop leaf hi-lo cocktail table. Carpeting was replaced in 2016. Lambricans and valances were tastefully recovered in 2016 as well. There is a carpet runner for the salon as well. Forward in the salon is a U shaped dinette that seats 4, with a high gloss finished teak table that can lower to convert the dinette to another sleeping area and Ultraleather covered seating area. 

The companionway steps are to the port side and lead down to the master stateroom to starboard. boasting 7' headroom, the spacious stateroom has a queen sized walk around bed, plenty of storage and 2 nightstands. The head is also to starboard forward of the master stateroom. Forward is the guest stateroom, with a full size bed that is situated to the starboard side, with hanging lockers and storage to port.
