Cool water has had many upgrades in recent years including new shafts, new propellers, new anchor, new refrigerator, new macerator pumps, all salon windows re tinted.

COCKPIT/DECK

Upon boarding the Ocean Yacht 44, you will notice the spacious cockpit with a beautiful teak deck, and teak covering boards.  On the starboard is a lower steering station with throttles, clutches and wheel.

MAIN SALON

Enter the spacious salon from the cockpit thru the etched glass sliding door.  Immediately to the starboard is a teak cabinet containing the easily accessible electrical panel.  To the port is a large L sofa with storage underneath and a coffee table.  Forward of the sofa is a wet bar with sink, and small refrigerator/freezer.  Forward on the port side is a breakfast bar with three stools and a barrel chair. The TV is forward.

Forward of the console bench seating, There is also a guest bench seat that runs along the starboard side of the bridge.  Stereo in the forward seating area. Refrigerator forward.  Storage under console bench seating and guest seat bench.  Locking electronic console above helm station.  Steering, throttle and clutch controls centered. Captain's chair and guest chair to port.
