The Ocean 44SS has a two stateroom/two head layout with galley down. The Owners stateroom is forward with island queen and ensuite head and shower stall. The Guest stateroom is midships to port with twin berths and ensuite head and shower stall. The Galley is opposite to starboard. Up three steps to the Main Salon with L-shaped leather sofa to port and entertainment center forward. There is a wet bar with ice maker to starboard and breakfast nook forward with stool type chairs. The Salon floor has recently been upgraded with "New Teak" teak & holly flooring and new LED lighting was added.
