Guest head is across the companionway to port side,  Both heads have Avonite vanities and molded sinks with mirrors above.  Both also have bound edge removable carpet on the floor.

BROKER COMMENTS

New to the market, this 45' Ocean has been a fisherman's boat and has been improved by the current owner with the mission of traveling offshore regularly.  It has a low maintenance exterior with no teak.  The MAN engines are very economical regarding fuel consumption.
