Accommodations

The salon is entered through a sliding door to the starboard side.  The spacious salon is grand in scale equal to that of many larger sport fish.  The high gloss cherry interior with light neutral carpeting and soft goods are warm and inviting.  To port is a 2 section settee area with a large L shaped and separate smaller settee to create a large U shaped seating area that can accommodate a large gathering.  In the center of the settee is a large High gloss Teak hi-lo table with 2 folding wings.  To starboard is cabinetry that house the vessel's electrical panel, Ice Maker, wet bar and new Hi Def TV as well a single barrel chair. 

Continuing forward in the salon you step up to the raised galley with a large U shaped dinette to Starboard and the galley is to the Port side.

The galley is a full a spacious work space with extensive lower level deep drawers and upper cabinet areas.

Master Stateroom

What makes the 56 Ocean very unique is that she is one of the only vessels in her size class to offer a full beam master that is not commonly seen until you get in the 70+ range sport fish designs.  The is a full array of closet space and drawers in the stateroom with a en suite head and separate shower.

The cabinetry is hi gloss Cherry and there is a full size walk around center line bed with built in end tables and lamps on each side.  The Port side of the cabin has  9 drawers on the lower half with 3 large cabinets above and a LG flat screen TV and a full length hanging locker

Opposite is an additional hanging locker with and built in credenza with 3 locker drawers and a double door cabinet above.

The en suite head is to Port with a large glass door shower with molded in seat and a sealed cabinet for towels , mirrored headliner, built in Corian counter top sink with abundant storage below and  a medicine cabinet with mirror with Vacu Flush head.

VIP Stateroom 1

The VIP is forward with an athwartship bed and the en suite head is all the forward with the shower stall at the forward peak of the hull. Like the Master there is excellent storage with 4 large cabinet doors above the bed and built in end tables with lamps and a cabinet below.

Across to the Starboard side of the cabin is a large full length cedar lined hanging locker with a Samsung flat screen TV mounted in the middle section and a area below with counter space and drawers and cabinets under the counter.


Guest Stateroom 1

The guest stateroom in located in between the master below and the forward VIP.  A large platform for a 3rd stateroom which offers criss cross bunks.  there is a half sized hanging locker with double door cabinets above and drawers below the lower bunk.

Remarks

This is a spectacular low hour non fished Ocean.  Her previous owner had her in Fresh water under a covered slipped marina so her gelcoat condition show light wear.  This current owner is moving up in size and has maintained the vessel to the highest standards.  This is one of the nicest lightly used Oceans on the market
