Accommodations

Simply stated, the interior accommodations aboard PRINCIPESSA VAIVIA are a study in practical, understated elegance.  Her interior is crafted in varnished teak, accented with the highest quality fabrics and soft goods.

Her main deck areas is comprised of the aft cockpit area, main salon aft, L-shaped dinette and formal dining area forward.  PRINCIPESSA VAIVIA has earned the reputation of having among the best living areas of any yacht in her size range.

The aft cockpit has three separate areas, informal round seating aft, full dining table and a wet bar forward.  The recessed cockpit area is serviced with a day head, stair to the flybridge and two entrances to the Main Salon.  The flybridge is easily accessed via a circular ladder from the aft cockpit or from the pilothouse and provides comfortable seating for sailing, sunning and relaxing while underway or at anchor.  Just forward of the cockpit through a pair of glass panel submarine doors is the main salon which has intimate lounge seating in two sofas and two arm chairs.  Moving forward past the pilothouse ladder is an "L" shaped settee and table with seats for 4.  The formal dining area, is forward to port with an oval shaped teak table with loose seating for eight.

The lower deck is comprised of 4 owner/guest cabins aboard PRINCIPESSA VAIVIA.  The Master cabin is below deck to starboard with a Queen bed and full ensuite with bath and bidet.  There are 3 additional guest cabins: One with a double bed, a single bed plus Pullman, one with 2 single beds plus Pullman and one with upper and lower single beds.  These 3 guest cabins all feature ensuite facilities with shower and bidets.  The Master cabin and upper and lower berth cabin can be enjoyed as a suite by use of a common door separating them from the rest of the lower deck.

Forward of the guest accommodations are the crew accommodations and galley.  There are 4 crew staterooms providing comfortable quarters for 8 crew.  A crew lounge, laundry, ships office and full pilothouse enables the crew to provide efficient service for the guests as well as maintain safe operation of the vessel in all conditions.

Comments

PRINCIPESSA VAIVIA
is a classic Perini, it would be difficult to find a more comfortable sailing vessel with her pedigree and ambiance, anywhere.  Since her original launch in 1991 as one of the world's largest, most luxurious and advanced sailing yachts, PRINCIPESSA VAIVIA has had the best of care, light use and consistent upgrading, including a major refit in 2011.  For sale due to her owner currently taking delivery of a new larger Perini Navi.
