Overview
Hazel lll is the nicest looking 70' Pershing built to date. With her Metallic White hull and house, and Charcoal Metallic wings and hard top, she is a head turner and stands out from the crowd! She is a low hour boat and has been maintained by a full time captain with no expenses spared. The owner has added some nice upgrades including Extended Engine Warranty Through June 1st, 2021, Gost Security System, Yacht Controller, Second Berth In Crew, Pepwave WiFi, Upgraded Mattress's, Larger Tender Winch and more. Stepping up to the large cockpit area is a central sunpad located aft with bench seating forward of the pad. Twin electric hi lo tables are located forward of the pad for dining that expand into one table. Folding chairs are available for dining around the table. There is a retractable sun awning located at the aft end of the hard top for shade.To stbd are controls for the swim ladder and cockpit awning and to port are controls for the passerelle. Both sides have stainless stern cleats and electric warping winches. The cockpit has huge open entertaining space due to the new Pershing Wing design. This also provides for wide safe side decks with high bulwarks for transiting fore and aft even while underway. At the forward end of the cockpit is a centrally located wet bar and grill, and to stbd is the entry to the captains cabin. Access to the engine room is provided through a deck hatch and also through a door in the captains head. To port is an entry door to the main salon. The bulkhead separating the salon from the cockpit is all tinted glass. With the push of a button the entire bulkhead can be lowered into the hull and out of sight, opening the salon up into the cockpit to provide one large entertaining space!
Moving up to the foredeck, there is a large sunpad with pop up awning located on the cabintop with an opening hatch above the VIP cabin. A stainless anchor chute with a Delta style anchor is located at the bow with a Lofrans windlass and port and stbd opening anchor lockers. Decks are laid in teak and stainless railings and stations are located for safety. The hull and house are painted in Metallic White and the top and wings are in Charcoal Metallic. Radar and Sat domes are painted black. A very sharp looking boat!
Moving into the salon to stbd is a U shaped leather upholstered dinette with opening table and to port is cabinetry housing a pop up TV and storage cabinets. Electric blinds surround the salon on three sides, soles are stained Oak, and headliners are white leatherette. Double glass side windows run the whole length of the salon. Forward to port is a cream colored leather L shaped settee and to stbd is the helm area with Poltrona Frau black leather double bucket style helm chair and dishware cabinets below, and a fighter jet styled dash housing all navigational instruments. The forward windshield is a single piece molded glass with no uprights to block your visibility. There is glass virtually 360 degrees around the salon.
Stepping down to the galley and guest area, the fully equipped galley is located to stbd and a day head is opposite to port which also has access to the port guest cabin. On the bulkhead outside the day head is a screen for the Naviop panel which allows control of all boat systems from a touch screen. Moving forward, to port is a twin guest cabin with a filler to complete the berths into a queen and ensuite head. A flat screen TV, stereo, opening portholes, and electric blinds provide comfort and entertainment for guests. Storage is located under the sole in the guest companionway. Moving forward again is the VIP cabin with queen island berth and ensuite head. Hanging lockers are located to port and stbd. A flat screen TV and stereo system provide entertainment. There is a decorative mirrored headboard located at the head of the bed and an opening hatch above the berth and opening portholes provide fresh air. Electric blinds are located for shade. Double decorative mirrors are located on the port and stbd bulkheads outside the VIP cabin door.
Moving aft and down 2 stairs aft of the day head is the master cabin with ensuite head. There is a washer/dryer located in the inboard cabinet coming down the stairs and a storage area located beneath. Stepping into the cabin there is a centrally located berth which appears to be floating, and a flatscreen TV and cabinetry at the forward bulkhead. Drawer faces and pulls are leather and there is an ensuite small refrigerator for cold drinks. Large hullside windows and opening portholes are located on both sides. Decorative stainless pillars with leather woven straps adorn the headboard and entry way to the cabin. Silver grey carpet offsets the white leather. Storage cabinets are located to stbd beneath the widows, and a grey leather upholstered bench seat is located to port. Aft of the port seating is enty to the ensuite head. This is the nicest master cabin on a vessel of her size. Absolutely gorgeous!
