Overview

Although quite rare in the US, Sciallino (pronounced "Sha-lee-no"), is a well-respected and popular boat builder on the Northwestern coast of Italy with a 40 year history of superior workmanship that's been compared to Back Cove and Hinckley. The quality of materials is the first thing you notice when you see GiGi Mae, and as you look closer you realize they've brilliantly utilized the space for abundant storage and ease in moving around. Boarding is a cinch for humans and pets, you can fish off the aft, cook your prize to perfection in the galley, easily get to the bow, have great visibility from the helm, and sleep comfortably on the centerline queen. All in a convenient 30-foot LOA!

The shape of the hull makes it a very stable ride that can stand up to even the roughest seas with her centerline keel and hard chines, rounded stern and semi-displacement design. She has plenty of power to cruise at 16 knots with her 315 hp Yanmar, and her maneuverability is enhanced by a bow thruster.
