Please see "The Must Read Section in the Descriptions"  Copy and Paste the two U-Tube videos pertaining the this engine and the Sea Core System

ENGINE WARRANTY AND OUTDRIVE TILL Engine is Sea Core

Many boat buyers purchase a Show Room Floor model or standard package that offer very little in order to keep the new boat price down. The owner to this Sea Ray did the opposite.  Custom colors with beautiful dark blue hull with mirror finish even today, floor plan, interior color scheme, with the vast majority of factory options makes this such a unique find. 99% of the 260 Sun Decks are powered with a 260 HP or 300 HP engine. When you have 6 adults in the 260 Sundeck you clearly notice the lack of power using the 300 or less HP. The owner had a factory installed 320 HP 6.2 liter engine in 2008. In 2019 he installed the new Mercury 350 HP, 6.2 Liter Sea Core engine, with many stainless steel parts,  which provides massive power without the massive fuel usage. In fact, the 350 HP Sea Core engine usages about the same amount of fuel as the 2008 older 264 to 320 HP engines do. The best cruise speed for actually conversing with 4 to 6 adults is about 32 MPH. While the top speed is about 50 MPH, the best social cruise speed is 32 and is able to cruise well up to 40 MPH. Compared to the underpowered standard engine package that delivers under 30 MPH cruise speed. Brand New Mercury Sea Core Engine, Transom and Outdrive. All with full 8 year Mercury Warranty (started in Nov 2019). Three years factory warranty with extended five year warranty. The extended warranty has a $100 deductible.  You may find a lower cost 260 sundeck but you are buying someone else’s problems with the original factory engine. This package takes all those worries away.

Lower Yearly Maintenance Cost: The standard Mercury Engine maintenance is a detailed list every 100 and 200 hours annually. Owners find themselves performing 100 hour list then rotating to the 200 hour check list, then back to 100 hour as their annual maintenance.  However, with the Mercury Seacore engine, year one and two are the minimum 100 hour check list, and the 300 hour is in the third year of maintenance. Having a new 2019 Sea Core engine reduces your annual maintenance costs while providing you with higher fuel efficiency, quietness and additional power as the new Mercury 350 works far less hard, thus longer engine life compared to the same boat load using a 265 to 300 HP standard engine.

Navigation: Garman 541s HD full color  with direct satellite feed for full color weather radar as well as navigation. Never be concerned when coming home after sunset. This NAV system clearly shows you where the channel water is and is not, the tides, fish finder and much more. The center deck floor storage is large enough for ski’s, tubes, floatable and gear, spare storm anchor and a full cooler as well.

Depth Gages: Installed two depth gages for safety and backup. One threw hull and the other transom mounted. One is tied into the Mercury Smart Gage while the other is tied into the Garman NAV system.

Head (bathroom): Very nice tanked head with its own fresh water sink, mirror and storage under sink. Easily pumped out by marina crew with no charge by the marina. The hull is designed so you can take a hose the head floor, and out it out with soap and water,  where the hose water drains out the rear of the boat.

12 Volt Cigarette Plug-ins: there are two 12 volt plug in for cell phone cords, hand 3 million candle power candle lights, or more. The boat also allows you to clip on a spare cigarette plug connection with clap on leads directly to one of the 12 volt batteries as a emergency source.

Emergency Gear: Unlike 99% of other boaters what have the bare minimum emergency gear, this owner has gone all out to assure safety. There are  ski vests, plus life vests, all rigged with whistles, night lights or strobe lights that can be seen up to 3 miles away, portable floatable hand emergency radios, an EPIRB.,  and two full Jump Bags loaded with gear (all sold as is).

Deck Carpet: Marine Grade, all snap down. Can be washed in washed, or with hose.

2019 New Main and Backup bilge pumps, on automatic float The owner has upgraded the entire battery and charging system. There are three 31 Series Marine Gel batteries onboard. One battery is dedicated to the engine, while the other two are House Batteries for the stereo. A battery isolator has been installed so when running the engine the battery isolator selects the weakest battery so the engine alternator charges one battery at a time. There are manual override switches offering Battery 1 or 2 or Both for the House Electronics. If the main engine battery were to fail, there is a dedicated “Red Switch” to the right of the main engine battery that when turn “On”, the engine can now pull power from all three batteries in serial so the engine will start. It is standard to leave this Red Switch in the Off position.

Onboard Battery Charging System: merely open the stern hatch, plug in the 110 volt extension cord, then into a power source and your batteries will fully charge up over night. The charger was replaced in 2019 with the Tri Pro Professional Series, three bank charger. The best of the best. Stereo System. There is a BOSS 1,000 watt, four channel system that powers all five, three way speakers. BOSS is marine grade. It is the original system the owner installed in 2008 and works perfectly. The owner recommends if a new stereo amp is needed down the line, to purchase the new 1,000 or 1,200 watt  six channel BOSS Marine system online for a mere $169 and merely swap out the old one. No new waring needed.

The boat comes with the factory option filler board with addition cushion.  Enjoy private sunning off shore, or with front row seats on the water front watching the 4th of July Fireworks. Easy to set up in the bow and stored under the right bow seat storage compartment.

Stereo has three remote gages to control volume or change stations or mode.  1 on the dashboard, 1 on the steering wheel and the 3rd on the outside just above the swim platform. The stereo also has a dedicated BOSS 800 watt amp to a Sony 10” subwoofer. This too is easily replaced with a Boss new unit for a mere $100 online. Marine Radio: Standard Horizon 65 watt marine radio with connection to exact location so when the SOS button is pushed, the registered boat is  then instantly located by the US Coast Guard. Unit is supported with a 4 foot antenna mounded on a retracting stainless steel base. New owner must register the this information ID and EPERP with his own personal date.
