Overview

Built on a solid Fiberglass hull with propeller pockets and a 12 foot beam, "Misty" boasts interior accomodations that are very spacious for a boat this size. With a Mid-Cabin Stateroom tucked beneath the Dinette, the 305 Sedan Bridge can also boast of 2 Private Staterooms in addition to a roomy Salon with full-length Galley. The athwartships Double Berth arrangement in the Forward Stateroom is innovative in its use of space. The head is located aft in the Salon, just inside the sliding companionway door, where access from the outside is most convenient. The fresh Chevy Vortex 5.7L 350 hp engines were brand new in 2006, currently have less than 200 hours of running time, and cruise in the low 20s and with a top speed of 28-29 knots.

A low hour generator and new airconditioning keeps this vessel comfortable at either the dock or on the hook.

Full length Galley on starboard side of the salon with a Litton Microwave in a cabinet under the counter. The Norcold Refrigerator/Freezer is also under the Formica counter, and there is a portable Icemaker as well.
