Overview

The Sea Ray 40 Sundancer has a sleek European swept styling giving it a fast appearance sitting dockside. Built on a deep-V hull with prop pockets and a solid fiberglass bottom, the Tommy Bahama feel of the interior is a blend of high-gloss cherrywood cabinets, Ultraleather upholstery, and vinyl wall coverings. A flat-screen TV is built in above the galley countertop, and by splitting the head into two compartments toilet to port and shower to starboard the salon dimensions are those of a slightly larger boat. For privacy, a sliding door separates the master stateroom from the salon.

The 40 Sundancer is equipped with U-shaped seating area aft, double wide companion seat, Captain’s helm seat, and Corian-topped wet bar with sink and faucet all climate controlled with a 16,000 BTU cockpit A/C. The entire cockpit sole can be raised on hydraulic rams for easy access to the engines.

The twin 364hp Cummins QSB 380 diesels (603 hours) cruise the Sea Ray 40 Sundancer at 22 knots with a 29 knots top end. This boat is in impeccable shape inside and out. If you are looking for a nice cruising boat with private quarters forward and a split head design look no further!
