Overview

 Old Salt is a 1995 Sea Ray Sundancer 500 that looks like it just came out of the showroom! This boat has been maintained and continually upgraded with an "open checkbook" attitude by its current owner!!!  If you are looking for a truly turnkey boat, look no further.

 ALL upholstery and cushions have been replaced, new canvas, new electronics, new interior, new  hardwood flooring in the salon/galley area, new spotlight, new hull striping, new aft deck flooring...the list goes on.

 When you first see Old Salt you will know immediately you are looking at a special boat. Stepping aboard you will be further impressed by the pristine condition of the seating are in the cockpit and helm area. As you step up to the helm area you will notice the new helm seating, all the new electronics, fuel gauges for the three tanks have been integrated with digital sending units and show on the MFD. The sound system onboard will rival any that you might have seen on other boats! There is also a pole mounted outdoor TV for exterior entertainment complete with a custom canvas cover.

 Moving down into the salon/galley area you will see all new flooring, a custom reupholstered lounge area, a galley with a full size refrigerator, a head that serves dual duty as the day head as well as private ensuite access from the guest stateroom, a large 55" 4K, wall mounted smart TV. When you are anchored out or cruising, you can still catch your favorite TV shows with the Intellian Sat TV receiver and Dish Network receiver. The galley also has an under-counter trash compactor and electric cook top. The lounge easily seats 6 adults with a movable table for entertaining or movie nights.

 The guest accommodations are also located to port, forward of the second head. This stateroom contains a single upper bunk and twin size lower bed. This cabin also has a private entrance to the second head area as well as individual AC and heat controls.

 Moving forward from there, through a locking door, you enter into the owners' retreat, complete with centerline bed, TV, individual AC/heat control, overhead hatches for ventilation and your own private head complete with Vacuflush toilet and separate shower stall.
