Overview

Full bottom job and servicing of all systems April - June 2012. This exceptional Sea Ray 630 Super Sun Sport was totally updated with only 1290 original hours on a pair of CAT 1250 HP. Cats were serviced by Pantropic in 2012. Well over $100,000 in very recent upgrades including hydraulic swim platform, bow thruster and custom cockpit air. 2 staterooms with crew quarters, Bose surround sound and all new Electronics package in 2011. New soft goods, canvas enclosure and decorator interior in 2009.

Features

Overview:
The Sea Ray 630 Super Sun Sport set the standard in luxury, styling and performance. The cockpit features plush, circular cockpit seating, two large, aft-facing wraparound lounge seats, a fiberglass dining table, and a cockpit entertainment center with refrigerator and ice maker. Accessible only from the cockpit, the crew quarters has twin bunks, private head and entertainment center. With a beam wider than many living rooms, the 630 Super Sun Sport has a spacious interior that is magnificent to behold. The main salon features a custom leather sofa, entertainment center and dining area with a sofa that converts to a double bed. The huge master stateroom hosts a queen-size bed, built-in seating and private master head.


Walkthrough:
BELOW DECKS:

Walking past the helm on the port side you enter the salon down 4 steps past the full electrical panels into the large salon and galley area with massive wrap around leather sofa, center table with bottle storage, full entertainment center, premium Berber sculpted carpet, port holes and mirrors behind the sofa. The galley is to port with curved two tone Corain counter, wood flooring, and storage above and below counter top. All cabinets are accented with oak fronts and you also have two stools in front of the counter. The galley is fully equiped and you will even find brand new toaster oven, new blender, etc. in storage beneath the entertainment center and in the galley! There is a very large carpeted storage compartment in the salon floor and forward.

The well appointed Guest Stateroom is to port just forward of galley with upper and lower bunks, hanging lockers, two port holes, t.v. and drawer with Deluxe Decor (2009) and private access to the large day head and shower. The guest day head is immacualte and has vacu-flush head and shower stall, full length mirror, vanity w/mirror, tile floors and drawer storage. Across from guest stateroom in the companionway is a full laundry center and central vacuum unit to starboard in a full closet.

Forward in the bow is the light and inviting Master Stateroom with island berth, drawers, storage under berth, hanging lockers to port and starboard with seating area on each side of berth. Large hatch over head with t.v. to starboard, premium carpeted flooring and over head reading lights and port holes. There is a full vanity to port. The Master Stateroom head is immacualte and has vacu-flush head, shower stall, vanity with full mirror and drawers and tile floor. There is bow thruster and shower sump access beneath carpeted hatches.

This 63' has a very appealing and classy high end interior (redone 2009) that still looks new with plenty of light down below and all the amenities needed for extended cruises.

MID COCKPIT HELM AREA:

Just forward through the full enclosure there is additional seating around a large custom varnished teak dining table, ice maker, air conditioning, and wet bar to port. There are 2 seperate AC units in the cockpit and full Stratoglass enclosure to insure guest can remain cool on the hottest days! The large helm area is just forward to starboard. The entire interior cockpit area features premium carpet and enclosure. There are easy access hatches in this area for engineroom and electrical room access. The helm area offers seating for four facing forward and a deluxe helm chair. There are all new electronics 2011 and full controls within an arms reach and excellent visability. There is an electric vent in the windshield to allow fresh area when cruising. To port of the large helm is the full wet bar with fridge, air conditioning, and sink.

TRANSOM AND AFT COCKPIT AREA:

Stepping onto the platform of "Waterbaby" you have two transom doors on either side of the large sun pad, a great cockpit area with varnished steps and seating to port and starboard.

There is a very large sunning pad aft centerline above the crew quarters. There is a sliding hatch leading to the crew area which is clean and well appointed with side by side berths, TV, closet, drawers, and separate head with shower. This area has the optional large opening port light. The convenient TNT hydraulic platform allows for easy launching of watertoys or easy boarding when swimming. The corded remote stows easily in the crew area.

Hull and Deck

The Sea Ray 630 Hull design is arguably one of the best running hulls ever created by Sea Ray Yachts. The deep Vee design and length resembles that of the venerable 60' Bertram, one of the toughest and best running boats built. That might explain the excellent handling characteristics and good speeds of the 630.
