Overview

This Australian built yacht features an outstanding layout!  The main deck level is a single open level with an up galley - - no steps, no bulkheads, simply an open view from the forward helm through the galley and aft through the salon.  Below are (3) staterooms and (2) heads and the master head is arranged like new yachts with an open sink area flanked by a shower on one side and the private toilet on the other side.  The exterior features complete walk-around decks, nice covered aft deck, and the cockpit for easy boarding and access to water activities.  The full-height engine room is easily accessed directly from the cockpit.

Accommodations

Entering from the aft deck is the spacious salon with sofa, (2) chairs, hi-lo dining table, and entertainment cabinet with an LG TV and Marantz stereo.  Just forward to starboard is a "breakfast nook" with (2) built-in seats and a table.  Opposite is the large U-shaped galley.  Just forward is the main helm station with doors port and starboard to the side decks.  Stairs lead down to the (3) staterooms.  The forward stateroom has V-berths, hanging locker and very good storage.  Just aft to port is the guest head with stall shower.  Next aft to port is the second guest stateroom with a double berth.  Across the companionway is a very large storage closet as well as a combo washer/dryer unit.  Continuing aft is the spacious master stateroom with a center-line queen berth, (2) hanging lockers, storage cabinets and drawers, and a head to starboard with a separate toilet and stall shower.
