Preliminary Listing
Maverick was built in 1988 in Japan by the Nishii shipyards. At 354 tonnes Maverick has an enormous interior for 138'. Maverick is one of several fiberglass yachts built by Nishii. Maverick has cruised the world extensively and provided adventures and a life time of memories for everyone who has cruised on her.
All of the equipment and machinery are commercial grade. Over the years Maverick has been maintained as a proper yacht by knowledgable Captain's and crew. Having undergone several major refits over her life Maverick has remained reliable.
Last year the Owner had Maverick in the yard for upgrades to the AC systems, stabilizers, running gear and normal annual maintenance. Maverick has been inspected annually by the Cooke Islands shipping registry (previous flag state).
Maverick has been donated and is ready to go to a new adventure seeking owner through a three year lease to own program offering generous terms. US duty has been paid.
The aft deck is furthest aft on the main deck. Accessed via the salon or the cockpit. The aft deck makes a great breakfast area, socializing destination or a good place to sit and watch the world pass bye. There is built in seating for six and chairs for everyone else around a large teak table.
The main salon is extremely large and open. The salon and dining salon occupy one enormous space.
The L shaped couch seats eight comfortably. The large bar has six stools and can be a significant entertaining area. There is an arm chair and plenty of room to add more. There is a large 50" flatscreen TV and full AV entertaining equipment. The bar has a sink, Uline ice maker, Uline refrigerator a liquor cabinet and a large counter top.
The dining salon is forward of the salon. The table easily seats ten with plenty of room to spare.
The Stewardess pantry is forward of the dining salon. The unique layout provides service directly into the dining salon. There is an "island type" countertop for service from the pantry to the dining salon which also can be used as a buffet table or breakfast area.
Across from the pantry is the foyer, spiral staircase lading to the upper deck and the day head.
Forward of the foyer is the large Owner's suite.
Furthest aft is the boat deck where the tenders and toys are stored. The large davit can handle just about anything that you would want to put up here. Once the deck is cleared the space makes a great location for loungers, umbrellas or whatever fancies your desire.
There is a great aft deck seating area forward of the boat deck. Another wonderful place to relax with toddy and plan the next adventure. Built in seating and chairs surround a nice teak table.
Next space forward is the sky lounge, the upper salon. A comfortable retreat from the days hustle and bustle. A very relaxing and peaceful environment to watch TV, read a book or relax.
Forward of the sky lounge is the Captain's office, Captain's stateroom and the bridge.
Maverick has a four stateroom layout which includes a true master suite on deck.
The master suite is forward on the main deck. It consists of a large midship bedroom, A very large office/media room forward and a large ensuite head and tub/shower.
The three guest staterooms are below the main deck and accessed via the aft part of the salon.
Two of the guest staterooms are outfitted with queen beds and ensuite head and shower.
One of the guest staterooms has twin beds with ensuite head and shower.
All of the staterooms have plenty of closet space and storage as well as TV and AV systems.
The sundeck is a spacious open area for lounging, sunbathing and family fun.
There is a BBQ grill, Hot Tub and a number of water toys on the Sundeck.

There are three generators. (2) 92 KW Northern Lights and a 56KW Khler. All three units are serviced regularly and operate flawlessly.
