Overview

Born to Run, a 73 Manhattan version is set apart from the crowd of other similar Sunseekers in that she is in outstanding shape, and her nearly new equipment is top line and state of the art; additionally, having been the beneficiary of an excellent skipper and a more focused, informed, capable owner who maintains her in carte blanche fashion, she exudes excellence.

She has four sumptuous staterooms, each of which could be considered an apartment, with a full beam master cabin aft of the three, as a bonus. Of course, as you could imagine, the heads are quite elegant, very tastefully decorated.

Additionally, there are crew quarters aft entered via the transom area, small galley, head, access to engine room space.

Truly a showpiece, BORN TO RUN will not last long on the market, for the most part, due to her excellent condition.

An excellent choice in yachts. For sale only due to her owner's change in plans.

Overview

OVERVIEW

BORN TO RUN was highly custom and special from the outset, featuring numerous additional extras including a FRP opening hard top, extended flybridge dining arrangement, Hydraulic Platform, Stabilization System, Two 25kW Generators, Teak Decking on the flybridge and side decks, LCD TV, Wine Cooler, Twin Washer Dryers and a Pullman Bunk in the twin guest cabin.

Her interior was specified with the assistance of one of Sunseekers interior designer. Her Satin cabinetry is complimented with Leather sofas and soft furnishings therein creating a very prestigious feeling throughout the interior.

Her aft cockpit features a teak table with seating for up to eight guests along a wetbar that houses an electric icebox and ice maker. As you step through the seamless sliding patio doors, no steps by the way, one finds a large and comfortable saloon with a lounge area for guests with LCD TV hidden amidst the furniture.

Further forward is a fixed dining area for up to eight opposite the large open galley. The dinette is based around a large U-Shaped leather seating area which is both practical and allows for additional storage beneath. The Galley houses a full height fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove as well as an electric window for increased circulation. Forward of the dining and Galley is the helm area and the port side features another U-Shaped seating area for guests to relax while aboard.

The lower deck is accessed via custom curved staircase in stainless steel and American Walnut. Accommodating up to NINE guests in four cabins, the layout of the Sunseeker 73 Manhattan is quite versatile. The Master Cabin is located aft and features a walk-in wardrobe an spacious Master ensuite and shower comparable to many homes. The clever design places the Master Bed away from the engine room bulkhead thus reducing the sound during the evening when sleeping at anchor and generator on. The Master Cabin also boats as comfortable sofa to the starboard side and a desk and vanity area to the port side. The Large opening portholes fill the space with natural light and further enhance this already stunning vessel.

The forward VIP Cabin boasts a full height wardrobe, incredibly large portholes, vanity/desk area as well as a large En-Suite with full size shower. There is another double cabin located on the starboard side of the vessel between the master cabin and the VIP. The offset double bed is incredibly practical and makes the cabin feel extremely spacious throughout. The double cabins En-Suite acts as the day head as well as the bathroom for the fourth Twin Cabin, featuring a third single bed in the form of a Pullman. This incredibly practical design allows for a laundry to be located between the Master Cabin and the Port Side Twin Cabin.

The Flybridge was heavily customized to allow for a very large dining area for up to 16 guests. Perfect for a large partys or private and spacious time for the ownership.

Sunset moments are highly memorable aboard the yacht.

Another unique feature onboard BORN TO RUN is her bow sunbathing and relaxation area which has been cleverly designed and specified so that those onboard can relax whilst facing forward due to the large seating area between the windscreen and the sunbathing area forward. The adjustable parasol provides shade on those hot days whilst the folding backrests on the sunbathing cushions makes the whole space a lot more user friendly and relaxing.
