Overview

PRICE REDUCTION!

Sixty thousand dollars has been invested into this boat over the past two and a half years.

With its luxurious teak interior, 72 square feet of cockpit area and reliable Caterpillar power, this 3700 Tiara Open provides the perfect combination of comfortable cruising yacht and fishing or diving machine. It has a spacious, comfortable interior with 6’7” of stand-up headroom. Engine room access is achieved with the push of a button as the bridge deck hatch rises on its new hydraulic pistons for ease of maintenance. This particular vessel has been immaculately maintained and has had the most meticulous record keeping of any vessel that you can find in this price range. In September of 2016 the owner spent more than $50,000 on the engines, and had them serviced again in 2018 at 2888 hours, in addition to a fresh bottom job in October of 2018.
