Overview

This 45 Tollycraft Cockpit Motoryacht MISS KELSEY is definitely worth the trip to tropical Key West.  She has spent most of her life in fresh water and it shows.  A versatile craft with all the best features of different styled yachts including aft sun deck, roomy cockpit, raised helm deck and a cozy lower helm station in the pilothouse. Note the long list of new equipment!  Also note the very low engine hours for her age.

Accommodations

The vessel is easily boarded from the wide port and starboard side decks.  A sliding door on the starboard side deck gives quick access to the lower helm.  Boarding by water is also easy with the convenient swim platform and roomy cockpit.  The aft sundeck with fiberglass hardtop makes for a great 2nd salon with great visibility all around.  The sun deck enclosure allows for 4 season use of the aft deck. The 3 sided white sun screens were replaced in 2018. The 3 sided blue wind screens were replaced in 2018.  A few steps up to the raised helm deck will provide you with a 360 degree view of your surroundings.  The central helm chair gives you an easy reach to all navigation instrumentation and mechanical instrumentation.  The Garmin GPS chartplotter and autopilot were replaced in 2018.  The Eisenglass enclosure was replaced in 2017. Bench seating with storage below gives your crew plenty of places to relax and enjoy the journey.  The main salon is easily accessed from the forward sundeck cabin door.  A large L-shaped settee converts to a sleeper sofa to starboard aft and teak expandable table provides a great place to dine or just kick back with a good book.  Forward of the settee is the lower helm station.  Across to port is the entertainment center.  A few steps down brings you to the forward companionway with a full galley to port and a dinette to starboard.  The Galley has a new refrigerator and microwave oven 2018. Moving all the way forward is the guest stateroom with v-berth.  A filler cushion provides extra bedding space.  The enclosed head features a vac-u-flush system and abundant storage.

Aft of the salon is the full beam master stateroom with island queen berth.  There is a large enclosed head forward to port with a separate shower stall.  Port side forward is a vanity and lots of storage for extended cruising.
