Overview

This 1986 Viking 44 Motor Yacht is a great example of a very popular model.  Updated and well maintained, the true pride of ownership shows in this boat.  This boat is ready to cruise. This Viking should be at the top of your list!


Accommodations

A spacious aft-deck provides a pleasant area to enjoy the view of whatever paradise you may be cruising.  From the aft-deck, you proceed forward and down to the Saloon, Galley and Accommodation areas of the yacht or up to the covered and enclosed flybridge. The flybridge features a well-outfitted helm control station as well as comfortable seating for between 8 - 10 people.  The saloon is wide open forward to the dinette and galley. A white L-shaped sofa, with lots of built-in storage underneath to port and easy chair across on the opposite (starboard) side. A Wet Bar with a new icemaker is built-in forward on the starboard side. An Entertainment center to port. Easy access to the engine room is provided via hatches through the saloon's sole.

Staterooms

Aft of the saloon and down 4 steps is the Master's Stateroom. This is a large area that spans the full width of the yacht's beam and features a queen size bed, head w/shower; large port lights provide a lot of natural lighting and a television. Two hanging lockers and plenty of drawer storage for clothing has been built into this stateroom. The teak wood is in excellent condition.

 

The guest stateroom is forward and provides upper and lower single bunks with plenty of storage drawers and lockers.

Galley

Forward of the saloon and down just two steps the galley is to starboard and a large convertible dinette is to port. This area is a nice open space plan convenient for entertaining
