ACCOMMODATIONS and WALKTHROUGH

“Reel Life” is a three stateroom, two head model 2007 48’ Viking Convertible.  She is powered by the upgraded 1100 hp Common Rail MANs, giving her a 30+ knot cruise speed. 

She is fish rigged with an Eskimo ice chipper, watermaker, Rupp outriggers, livewell, bait freezer, cockpit tackle center with rigging station and a  transom door with gate.  She is equipped with Furuno, Garmin and Icom electronics and also has a KVH satellite TV system. 

Also included on the foredeck is a Marquipt davit. 

WALKTHROUGH 

Entering from the cockpit into the salon you will find an L-shaped Ultraleather sofa to port with a teak coffee table.  To starboard is the entertainment center and electrical panel.  Forward to port is the U-shaped galley with granite counters and Amtico floor.  The galley equipment includes Sub-Zero under counter refrigeration, four-burner stove, convection microwave oven and loads of storage space.  To port is the L-shaped ultraleather dinette with teak table.  The 42” LCD television is in the cabinet forward and above the dinette. The salon windows feature Hunter-Douglas Silhouette roll up blinds and teak valences. 

Moving down and forward to the cabin area there is a laundry center with washer and dryer immediately to starboard.  Forward is the guest head with shower.  This head is accessed from the companionway and also has a private entrance to the guest stateroom.  The starboard guest stateroom has upper/lower berths with a hanging locker and drawer storage.

To port is the master stateroom with centerline queen bed that raises to access storage beneath, a large hanging locker and drawer storage.  The ensuite head with shower is forward. 

The forward guest stateroom has upper/lower berths to starboard with a hanging locker and drawer storage.
