The Viking 64 is just one more example, if indeed any were required, of why Viking Yachts practically owns the market for high-end, luxury convertibles. By Viking standards, the 64 was a midsize yacht falling near the middle of their model lineup when she was introduced in 2006. She embodies the same world-class styling, engineering, and luxury that have made this company’s products so admired over the years. A mega-wide 19-foot, 2-inch beam results in a huge cockpit with some 180 square feet of working space, including a mezzanine deck. The interior, available with three or four staterooms and three heads, is equally spacious and rivals most motor yachts for opulence. In the salon, for instance, there is a choice of either an L-shaped sofa with bar stools at the galley counter, or a posh U-shaped sofa. Both include a custom hi-lo table as well as a 40-inch plasma TV framed in teak above the dinette. An electrically operated door simplifies egress to the salon from the cockpit. The 64’s massive stand-up engine room is nearly a work of art.

Vessel Walkthrough

The 64' Viking Convertible is the finest all around convertible sportfishing boat in production to date. Tremendous sea keeping ability agile handling, super responsive, fast, stout and as sleek as they come.

The 64 is as close to perfect as one could be. The four stateroom layout with huge custom Teak rod locker is awesome. The interior is gorgeous. The four stateroom arrangement on this 64 boasts the crossover VIP forward, two large twin berths in the starboard aft stateroom with custom overhead cabinets, offset master to port with an upper and lower guest stateroom forward to starboard. A large rod locker with solid Teak finished doors and smoke glass inserts with interior lighting to show off the hardware. Teak & Holly flooring in salon.

The cockpit of the 64 carries Viking's latest fore and aft deep, large fishboxes and in-deck storage wells. This does not sacrifice any fuel with these boxes as this one is stacked with 2,200 gallons, offer tremendous range at 30-plus knots. The mezzanine floor is finished with a Teak deck by the "Teak Sheik". Custom Teak transom and covering boards (NEW 2007).
