Shiloh is a fine example of the Viking 44 Motor Yacht, a boat that was well ahead of its time when she was built.  The interior is quite elegant, even by today’s standards and she provides a good cruising speed and is a very seaworthy boat as is typical of Viking Yachts.  She boasts a very nice bridge with adequate space for guests, wide side decks, and a hardtop on both the bridge and aft deck. This vessel has had interior updates  and has been well maintained by a knowledgeable owner. 

Shiloh offers a two stateroom, two head layout.  The master is full beam with ensuite head.  The galley is very roomy with updated appliances. To port is a dinette that will comfortably seat six people. Whether you are looking for a cruising motoryacht or a great live aboard this boat will fit your needs.

Deck & Hull

Vessel features optional bridge and aft deck hardtop and radar arch.  Fiberglass swim platform with stainless swim ladder.  Stainless steel side rails and bow pulpit.  Horn, Search light, Danforth anchors with chain rode and windlass with remote control on bridge. New bottom paint August 2014.

Flybridge & Aft Deck

The flybridge offers plenty of seating for captain, mate and guests.  It has an optional fiberglass hardtop with a complete isinglass enclosure.  The helm station has a complete compliment of equipment and good visibility.

Three steps down from the flybridge is the aft deck, also featuring a fiberglass hardtop.  Plenty of room on the aft deck for lounging or dinning.  Access to the vessel is through 2 Plexiglas wing doors.  There is also a full isinglass enclosure for the aft deck.

 

Salon

The spacious salon features beautiful teak joinery.  The salon was redecorated in 2009 and has new furniture and carpeting.  It offers a very comfortable area with very appealing lighting and generous space.  You will also enjoy the sound system, a flat screen TV and a full wet bar.

Galley & Laundry Area

The galley has a new (2010) full size refrigerator/freezer and large stainless sink, a three burner electric stove, microwave/convection oven, generous counter space and storage.  The laundry area is forward of the galley to starboard and has a Kenmore stacked washer and dryer and is concealed behind a door.

Dinette

The dinette is directly across from the galley and has U shaped seating around a beautiful teak table.  There is comfortable space for 6 adults on the newly upholstered banquet.The area has very nice lighting which is complimented by an overhead hatch.The table lowers and with the addition of the filler provides sleeping accommodations for an additional two guests.

 

Guest Stateroom & Head

The guest stateroom is forward and has large V-Berths, overhead hatch, excellent lighting and generous storage.  The ensuite head and separate shower doubles as a day head.

Master Stateroom & Ensuite Head

The master is aft and a few steps down from the Salon.  It is a full beam Master with an Ensuite head and shower.  You will be impressed with the size and storage provided in a boat this size.  The full beam configuration provides spacious walking space around the queen size bunk as well as night tables on both sides.  It has a very airy feeling due to the windows on both sides and aft. It also features hanging lockers and storage in drawers on either side of the stateroom.  There is a rear escape hatch, a 13’ Sony TV and beautiful teak throughout.

The Bottom Line

This vessel offers features that are normally available in only larger boats at a very attractive price.  If you are looking for a great cruising boat or live aboard make sure to take a look at this one.  You will not be disappointed.
