ACCOMMODATIONS


SANDRA LEE has a 3 stateroom, galley-up layout with a mid-ship master stateroom to the starboard side featuring walk-around double berth and private head with shower.  The two guest staterooms both have upper-lower bunk arrangements with a guest head forward to the port side.  The head has a door to the forward stateroom and a second door to the companionway.  Just aft of the guest head is a washer/dryer closet.  When extra guests are staying aboard there is a pullout berth under the salon settee.

VESSEL WALKTHROUGH


The 50' Viking Convertible features a very comfortable interior with satin finished teak wood that is accented with gloss countertops, trim edges and cabinet doors.  The galley is on the same level as the salon and is forward to the port side.  Solid surface Corian countertop with a spill rail is functional and practical while maintaining an open area feel due to the forward full-size refrigerator placement.  Across to the portside is a clear Lexan dinette table with neutral colored L-shape lounge and a teak shelf with cabinetry forward, one of them concealing a cabinet with an LG Flat Panel TV.

This boat has many nicely done upgrades.  Starting with high quality carpeting throughout that is protected by tan canvas carpet runners covering the entire salon sole and also down the stairs through the stateroom companionway.  The flooring in the galley area has been replaced with oak finished laminate flooring and both heads have wood laminate soles, oak in the guest head and bamboo in the master head.  The heads have neatly finished wallpaper, fresh-water Vacu-flush toilets, and smooth functioning shower doors.  All the closets in the staterooms are clean and cedar lined.  The salon seating has been covered in durable vinyl and they are accessorized with designer pillows.  The salon windows have limo dark tinting and have white pleated shades framed by neatly upholstered textured lambrequins.  

Entry from the cockpit if through a sliding salon door with opening keeper latch.  Along the portside in the cabinetry is the main electrical panel, followed forward by a storage cabinet that can be used for bar storage, then the entertainment electronics.  A Vhf Command Mic is mounted on the rear corner window treatment.  The dinette settee cushions can pull out with good storage area beneath (plus a sub-woofer here).  Next is the companionway steps down to the stateroom level, To the portside is a galley cabinet storage closet on the starboard a banister railing.  Central vacuum is under the steps.  To starboard is the master stateroom with private head.  Across to the starboard side is the guest stateroom with upper/lower bunks.  Moving forward is the washer/dryer closet to the port side followed by the door to the guest head.  A second door from that guest head opens into the forward guest stateroom.  This stateroom also has upper/lower bunk arrangement with drawer storage beneath.
