WARREN 80 MOTOR YACHT

Lying at Rushcutters Bay, Sydney. 

THIS VESSEL WAS PURCHASED BY THE PRESENT OWNER IN January 2012. A new swim platform was fitted in July 2015.

The Previous owner did a complete refit in 2005 WHERE THE SALOON DINING AND NOW BAR AREA HAS BEEN REPLACED. THERE IS AN UPSTAIRS GALLEY PLUS LOWER COMMERCIAL KITCHEN. THE ENCLOSED FLYBRIDGE WAS FITTED TO THE OPEN COCKPIT WHICH GIVES THE VESSEL A LOT MORE USUABLE SPACE BOTH IN THE SALOON AND OF COURSE THE FLYBRIDGE AREA’S.THE FLYBRIDGE IS FITTED WITH AN ELECTRIC OPENING SUNROOF.

ALL SOFT FURNISHING AND COVERINGS HAVE BEEN REPLACED. NEW TEAK DECKS WERE LAID 2008.

EXTENSIVE SERVICES WERE COMPLETED IN DECEMBER 2009 WHICH COMPRISED OF NEW HEAT EXCHANGERS- FUEL INJECTORS-  FUEL PUMP SERVICE TURBO’S & INTERCOOLERS TO BOTH MAIN ENGINES.

THIS VESSEL IS IN IMMACULATE CONDITION AND IS MAINTAINED BY A FULL TIME CREW.
