Entering the aft deck you will notice a large aft cockpit table with curved seating rounding a large Corian Table on twin pedestals. This area will easily accommodate eight for dining al fresco. Forward to port is a cockpit bar with sink cabinet storage and a new Magic Chef refrigerator. To starboard is a molded fiberglass staircase to the flybridge aft deck equipped with a hot tub, davit wet bar with BBQ grill and the water toys. Upon entering the spacious salon through double stainless steel doors from the aft deck you will immediately notice the extremely well-crafted cabinetry and joinery which incorporate the use of Moppa Burls, tambour crown moldings and back-lit ceilings, all still in impressively good shape. To starboard lies a large storage credenza also housing the ET center. There are two sitting chairs and decorative game table to starboard. Couches accompanied with sitting chairs and decorative cocktail table lie to port. Attention is also drawn to the intricate book cases both port and starboard that create the distinct setting for the formal oval inlaid wood dining table flanked by china buffets port and starboard and marble bar with a sink, ice maker and mirror with picture framing centerline.
To starboard from the formal dining area you will find a starboard sliding access door outboard and powder room dressed in marble inboard. The roomy, functional and well appointed Country Kitchen lies ahead. Plenty of natural light is taken in through large fixed windows. The dinette settee provides seating for 8-10 and is raised to take advantage of the open exterior view while dining.
If you were to head to port from the dining area through the sliding side deck door foyer area this will lead you to the very impressive marble master and guest foyer area leading you to the master through double doors forward and to the twin like guest staterooms aft. The master head with his and hers access is joined through a shared double door shower/Jacuzzi tub. Either side is dressed with its own head curved cabinetry, marble counter-tops, floors and chrome columns and gold fixtures. The master stateroom is amid ship and carries a full beam. The bed is a king showcased with a gorgeous walnut parquet headboard. This theme is carried in to the two guest bedrooms as well.
The VIP stateroom is forward of the country kitchen and dinette area. It is accessed via it’s own stairwell. It too is well appointed as one would expect. The layout offers a very generous queen berth also accented with a walnut parquet forward sealer and flanked port and starboard with credenzas housing curved cabinetry with drawer storage marble countertops and port and starboard hanging closets. The VIP head, also spacious is dressed with marble flooring, counter tops and aft bulkhead. It too has a full size Jacuzzi tub/shower arrangement.
The crew accommodations are aft and accessed from the starboard side of the aft deck or through the watertight transom door. There is a common shared area with table and lounge that can accommodate 4 comfortably. This area comes equipped with a stainless sink, Whirlpool microwave convection, Norcold refrigerator/freezer and washer and dryer. To starboard the crew quarters consist of a cabin with upper and lower berth arrangement with adjoining head lying aft. To port is the captain’s quarters with double berth arrangement with private head and shower.
Her pilothouse has a large 180 degree 3 paneled frameless windshield arrangement with fixed side windows. The helm dash is well laid out organized. There is a Stidd Helm Captains chair and plush L-shaped lounge with table aft with a chart flat to starboard.
She has undergone an extensive recent survey immediately followed by a yard visit at Rociolli with diligent attention and open checkbook care given to updating and servicing any necessary cosmetic, mechanical, electrical and systems updates. The main salon is just aft of the dining area and offers loose furniture consisting of decorative and comfortable couches, tables and chairs to port. Very well spaced offering plenty of seating, conversation space and great for entertaining.The light airy feel of the room with its soft furnishings is a prominent feature. Just off the main seating section is a cozy area for a more intimate setting with a small decorative round table and two over-sized chairs to forward.
The dining area is as spacious as it is functional. The over-sized oval inlaid wood offers 8 formal dining chairs. Access to the bosun's locker is hinged fiberglass hatch on pneumatic ram assist at the forward house. This space is fully painted and finished with laid in place open rubber mats. The bosun's locker is well lit with DC overhead spotlighting and is ventilated via an axial flow pancake type blower.
