Hoekstra/Heerlien

Hoekstra/Heerlien is a project that was attended by Hoek Design, Hoekstra and designer Fredrik Heerlien. By order of Hoek Design the experts prepared the designs of the wooden sailing yachts. These luxurious vessels were launched at the beginning of the new millennium. They got a big success that led to the skills of the builders.

Fredrik Heerlien began his career in 2000, when he decided to renovate the old yachts. He dealed with the wood sailboats and obtained skills in his field. Later he collaborated with Hoekstra, thereby creating a number of new yachts according to the traditional technologies.

The yachts of Hoekstra/Heerlien are ideal for participation in the regattas. In spite of the appearance - and apparently they are more like regular participants of the boat shows and luxury marinas, these vessels are able to develop high speed and win in the races. However, not all of them are made exclusively for competitions: the owner is provided with the fine vintage interior - spacious cabins and a large salon. The yacht is decorated with the fine wood and likely to appeal to the connoisseurs of luxury.

However, Hoekstra/Heerlien are suitable for the lovers of old schooners. These yachts have been designed and inspired by the drawings and projects of the past centuries. They combine specific speed, luxury and convenience.
