PRESENT YACHTS

PRESENT YACHTS - the vessels from Rochester

The shipbuilding company PRESENT YACHTS was founded in 1980 in Rochester, New York. The shipyard specialized in the motor boats made of fiberglass. The length of vessels designed and built by the company, was ranging from 35 to 48 feet. The organization ceased to exist in 1989.

The shipyard built several mass-produced models of yachts. Among them there were both the pleasure and heavy expedition and cruise yachts. The vessels were made of modern materials - in the 80s of the last century, many shipbuilding companies switched to fiberglass, and later - to the composites. PRESENT YACHTS was not the pioneer, the company began to work at the time when fiberglass became popular.

It is not known why the organization has ceased to exist. We can assume that the company had financial difficulties because of competition in the market. In the 80s there were a lot of companies offering this type of yachts. However the boats of PRESENT YACHTS were surprisingly reliable and durable. They now look as if they have been recently built.

The expedition ships of this brand are gradually beginning to gain popularity - they have a high level of safety. These yachts are flawless both from the technical and design points of view. The models that are presented at the brokers have been fully tested and upgraded. They are fully prepared for navigation. You can assess these boats, having climbed on board of any of the boats.
