St. Lucia and the Grenadines - Yacht Charter

THE LAST “OLD CARIBBEAN” OUT-SETTLEMENT – ENJOY IT ON YOUR YACHT

← All charters

The Grenadines are often called the only relic of the “old Caribbean.” It’s widely considered to be a tropical Eden for travelers with the breathtaking beauty of its waters and the various islands that stretch out like a line of pearls from St. Vincent to Grenada, though some of them could even be called underdeveloped when compared with their “Caribbean brothers”.

It’s interesting to note that the film “Pirates of the Caribbean”, with the brilliant Johnny Depp, was filmed on the shores of these magnificent tropical islands. Amazing waterfalls, long stretches of beach, and lush rainforests all contribute greatly to the choice of this place for a charter destination.

Some islands, such as Mustique, are favored by celebrities, so it’s possible to meet such faces like Sir Paul McCartney, Mick Jagger, or members of the royal family. Whale fishery was developed on the island of Bequia, so you’ll be able to learn about that traditional industry there.

Tobago Cays is a must for sea-lovers, where the virgin beaches of these small islets are surrounded by petrol blue waves and colorful tropical fish.

We offer a seven-day charter, but you can choose 10 or 14 day charters, as well. What will you prefer – going to a golf course, doing some shopping and visiting luxury boutiques or buying popular craftwork items, or just luxuriating in the warm clear waters and looking at the colorful fish around you? In any case, the Grenadines will sink into your imagination forever.

Travel program

Day 1St. Lucia to Bequia

Your yacht will be waiting for you in St. Lucia, but it’s better to stay here for a few days because you’ll get the chance to relax at the famous Jade Mountain or Anse Chastanet resorts while admiring the Piton peaks ascending to the blue sky. Then, your yacht will head for the magnificent Bequia (“beck-way”) and stop at Admiralty Bay. Do some shopping at the modern boutiques along the embankment of Port Elizabeth.

Day 2Bequia to Mustique

In Bequia, you have the opportunity to buy some exclusive souvenirs: models of ships. Then you’ll swim to Mustique, a very small island (1,400 acres) under private ownership where Mick Jagger has property. You’re welcome to the horse-riding centre for a ride along the beach, and then have “Whammy” at Basil’s Bar where, perhaps, you’ll be able to meet Paul McCartney.

Day 3Mustique to Canouan

Early in the morning, you’ll head for the precious little island of Canouan. By all means, visit the best golf course in the Caribbean, designed by Jim Fazio. Or maybe you’d like to go to the Tamarind Beach Resort to be pampered in the Pure Harmony Escape spa. In the evening, you’ll have dinner on your yacht while admiring the black velvet night sky where a handful of stars are scattered about it like diamond chips.

Day 4Canouan to Tobago Cays

These beautiful islets and cays are the natural treasure of untouched wildlife. Due to protection from the Horseshoe Reef, you’ll be able to practice snorkeling or diving in tranquil water and even get to see sea turtles. Explore Petit Tabac – the desolate place featured in “Pirates of the Caribbean” – then stop at Union Island and wander around the famous boutiques on Clifton Bay.

Day 5Tobago Cays

If you missed something yesterday there’s no need to worry; you’ll be able to catch up on everything now. You can see gigantic green turtles on Baradal Island, feed iguanas on the shore, or just relax in idleness. Return to Clifton Bay and go shopping or have a spa treatment on Palm Island.

Day 6Tobago Cays to Carriacou

The largest island in the Grenadines, Carriacou, is called the “island surrounded by reefs”. Snorkel or swim along them at Sandy Island, then make your way to Tyrell Bay. There are lots of restaurants along the shores here and you can even join a local dance party there. It should be mentioned that there are 200 rum shops on this island, but only one gas station.

Day 7Carriacou to Grenada

Grenada, the Isle of Spice, is waiting for you. Make a round of the island and you’ll be carried away by the great plantations, magnificent rainforests, and charming waterfalls. Don’t forget to drop by the chocolate factory and taste the yummy samples of its products. After visiting the picture-perfect postcard town of St. George’s and selecting spices there, you’ll start heading homewards.
