Overview
The Axopar 28 Cabin, built for the rough, cold waters of the Baltic Sea, is more than at home offshore. Her sharp bow and 22-degree deadrise aft deliver a remarkably smooth ride in rough water, and the cabin version ensures that all aboard can stay dry. She was test driven in 5' to 7' (1.5 to 2.1 m) with remarkable stability. The double-stepped hull is fast with twin Mercury V8 200s, with a top speed of better than 55 mph. She's a competitively-priced utilitarian build designed for fishing, on-water commuting or marine business, but she also offers comfortable seating and a broad sliding sunroof to make things enjoyable for family outings.
This a like new 2019 Axopar 28 Cabin Model is powered by twin Mercury 200 HP outboards with Vesselview. She has always been kept on a lift. The helm includes a Garmin GPS/Plotter, a Garmin VHF, a Fusion Entertainment system control unit, controls for the Side-Power bow thruster, a compass, cup holders, a catch-all, a companion grab rail, and a fabric document holder.
The cabin includes a helm and a companion seat with swivel function to face the aft sofa, wood floor, overhead lights, a top loading refrigerator and a sink under the helm seats, a carbon monoxide detector, fire alarm, and full windows for panoramic vision. The sofa and helm seats convert to a berth for overnight accommodations. Forward of the helm is a head compartment with a head, a mirror, a sink, and storage area.
Exterior features include a bow L-sofa with a table and harbor cover, a targa arch with roof rails and additional rod holders, four speakers and a two-channel amplifier, Wet Bar Package, underwater lights, a cooler in the aft port storage, an aft deck bench with storage, a forward sunshade awning, LED navigation lights, dual wiper arms, electric bilge pumps, a signal horn, six stainless steel cleats, starboard aft fender storage, a swim platform, and a swim ladder.
