Thanks to the ample autonomy provided by large fuel tanks and the possibility to navigate at displacement speed in full comfort, the Magellano 66 can be presented to the market as modern and sophisticated long-range cruiser able to guarantee to the most demanding yachtsmen the maximum cruising freedom.

In calm seas, the navigation is really pleasurable, reaching a top speed of 23 knots and a cruising speed of 16-18 knots and a range of 500nm at economical speeds.

But the real essence of the Magellano comes out as soon as she starts to ride in moderate and rough seas. Thanks to the dual-mode hull - a unique combination of vertical bow with the inverted bell shape of the hull forward section -the stress usually generated by the impact with the sea is pleasantly eliminated.
