This freshwater Bayliner 3388 Motor Yacht has been well maintained and is well equipped with heat/air, windlass, flybridge with enclosure, and large cockpit. Both upper and lower helm positions provide 360 degree visability for comfortable cruising in either location. The 3388 has a spacious layout featuring two private staterooms, head with separate shower stall, and a comfortable salon with a full-size sliding door to the cockpit. The aft stateroom features a king size bed with complete privacy, ample storage, vanity with sink and large mirror. The boat can sleep 5, features a full galley with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Her low hour twin 350 hp fresh water cooled MerCruiser inboard engines with Hurth marine transmissions provide plenty of propulsion to easily cruise at 18 mph.
Boarding CompTime V can be done over either port or starboard gunwhale onto a modest molded
step into the cockpit or from the swim platform through the transom door. The spacious cockpit
provides plenty of room for entertaining, relaxing or managing the boat. From the cockpit you can
move forward on either side via walkways to the fordeck, up the ladder to the flybridge or through the
large sliding glass door into the salon. Upon entering the salon the master cabin companionway will
be immediately to port and a few steps down you will find a king berth tucked away under the dinette.
The large, elevated L-shaped dinette is also to port, forward of the master cabin companionway. To
starboard in the salon is the entertainment center then further forward is the lower helm. The
U-shaped galley is a few steps down to port and the head with separate shower stall is to starboard.
In the bow is the guest cabin with a traditional V berth.
Up on the flybridge you will find great 360 degree visibility inside a full enclosure, flybridge bench
seating to port and starboard and the captains chair centered on the upper helm. The flybridge has a
full canvas and Isinglas enclosure that is in good condition.
The engine room is easily accessed by two large hatches in the deck of the cockpit.
CompTime V can comfortably accommodate five with two in the master cabin, two in the guest cabin
and one in the salon.
Upon entering the salon from the cockpit throught the glass sliding door you will immediately notice
the very large L-shaped dinette to port. It is raised on an elevated platform which provides additional
headroom to the master cabin. The dinette bench will comfortably seat five and is covered with
synthetic leather that is in very good condition. There are two interchangable table tops for the
dinette, a smaller everyday table top, which provides a more open walkway through the salon, and a
large table top for more formal meals or entertaining. An entertainment cabinet is locate along the
starboard bulkhead of the salon and features the essential components for life underway including a
flat screen TV with antenna, DVD player and stereo. The salon is carpeted and also has detachable
runners to protect the carpeting. The salon has large opening windows with curtains for privacy to
port and starboard.
The companionway to the master cabin has a bi-fold wood door with a frosted glass top slider which
allows additional light into the space while retaining privacy. Down a few steps and you will find the
master cabin. Immediatley to port is a storage cabinet, vanity with Formica top, stainless steel sink
and large mirror. Forward in the space is the king berth with reading lights. A portlight above the berth
provides additional light and ventilation to the space. The floor is carpeted and there is additional
storage and access to a mechanical space underneath the steps and two engine inspection hatches
are in the aft bulkhead.
The lower helm is outfitted with the factory gauge cluster, switch panels, dual throttle and shift levers,
a Ritchie compass and an Eagle Depth Sounder.
The flybridge helm also features the factory gauge cluster, switch panels, dual throttle and shifter
levers and Ritchie PowerDamp compass. Additionally, the flybridge helm features:

The large U-shaped galley is down a few steps forward of the salon and has everything you need for
extended cruising and plenty of counter space and storage. An under cabinet Norcold refrigerator is
under the aft counter and a large storage cabinet is above it. Along the port bulkhead there are two in
counter top storage compartments on either sid eof the dual basin stainless steel sink with Delta
faucet. Along the forward bulkhead is the three burner Princess electric stove with oven and fold up
cutting board/backsplash. Above the stove is a Goldstar microwave oven. The sole is teak and holly
with a portlight above the sink for additional light and ventilation.
The guest cabin is a tradition V berth configuration with an extra thick mattress and filler. There is
plenty of under berth storage and a hanging locker to port. The sole is carpeted and the space has a
large overhead hatch with shade and portlights and reading lights to port and starboard.
The head is spacious with a manual Par Marine Toilet, a molded sink with a mirrored medicine
cabinet, under sink storage and separate shower stall. A portlight provides additional light and
ventilation to the space.
The extra large cockpit provides plenty of room for two to relax or a small group to gather. A molded
cabinet in the port forward corner provides storage as well as a small sink with basin cover. A
stainless steel ships bell is mounted on the bulkhead above the sink. A molded step on both port and
starboard make boarding from the sides easy. A stainless steel ladder with plastic rungs leads up to
the flybridge which has a full canvas and Isinglas enclosure in good condition. There are four
stainless steel quick attach slide mount tracks installed on the port and starboard gunwhales and on
the top of the transom. Two Walker electric downriggers with temperature probes, a set of rod holders
and a grill are included for these tracks. Two large deck hatches provide ample access to the engine
and mechanical compartment. There is a hot and cold shower installed in the transom and a 12 VDC
fresh water wash down system.
The molded fiberglass swim platform with teak panels is accessible via the transom door to
starboard. A stainless steel swim ladder with plastic rungs is located to port. Walker
The foredeck is surrounded by stainless steel hand rails and stanchions and a stainless steel, two
fender rack is mounted to port. A molded, in deck line locker is to starboard of the Lewmar electric
winch. Winch foot controls, a custom canvas winch cover and two 22 lbs Danforth anchors complete
the bow pulpit.
