1986 Bayliner 4550 Pilot House Motor Yacht - powered by twin Hino 220 HP, ~2,000 hrs, Fresh Water Cooled Diesels

The Bayliner 4550 has a classic profile and was one of the best-selling 45-foot yachts ever produced. Affordable and stylish, this all-weather yacht offers exceptional fuel economy and roomy interior. The interior offers comfortable living spaces for summer and winter. The variety of living spaces include; salon, pilothouse dinette, flybridge, master en-suite office, and aft cockpit, making her comfortable in any port in any season. This spacious cruiser sleeps four in two staterooms, plus two more in the convertible office/stateroom. There are two heads, each with a separate shower and the Master has a Tub.

The huge windows, galley-up design and open floor plan create an amazing open-air feel in the salon, with plenty of room for entertaining. The galley-up design is at the center of the activities. It is a very well laid out and functional plus well equipped. The appliances were replaced in 2014, stove,refrigerator with freezer, trash compactor, wine fridge.

Up a few stairs takes you to the Raised Pilot House, which offers great visibility for the Captain and a fabulous view for guests at the settee. Entry doors on both sides and a hatch to the Flybridge provide excellent access for the Captain to move about.

The exceptionally large flybridge is shaded by a custom hard top with full enclosure, and features a Helm Station and an entertaining area, with seating for eight.

Below the Master Stateroom is forward and features a Center-line Walk-around Queen Berth, ample Storage and en-suite head w tub/shower. The en-suite office includes a desk and a Settee, which converts to a berth, making this a 3rd stateroom for when extra guests are on board. It should be noted that it can be separated from the master with it's own privacy door.

The aft cockpit is also sheltered by a hardtop and the transom door provides easy access to the swim platform making for easy access from the stern.

The 4550 is powered by economical fuel-sipping Hino diesel engines. They're 6-cylinder, 220 hp and have proven to be one of the most reliable and fuel efficient marine diesels ever built. She will cruise at 16-17 knots at 1 mpg per motor—excellent economy for a 45-foot yacht.

The 7.5 kw generator with only ~1000 hours provides plenty of power to run all systems while underway
