5. CONSTRUCTION
The hull and deck are entirely built in GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) with a combination of foam core sandwich and single skin fibreglass construction.
The superstructure is built with a cored sandwich structure in the decks and on the sides with mat, unidirectional, biaxial and woven E-glass.
The connection between the superstructure and the main deck is obtained by means of stainless steel bolts and flanges and an adequate number of GRP layers in accordance with the Classification Society rules.
