Overview

The "NOLA MOON" is a 1972 Bertram 35' Convertible with flying bridge and cabin control stations. This is a 1/2 tower boat with new curtains. The boat is ready to fish and can get you there and back fast and economically. She has gone through a major refit in 2014....which includes:

  • Interior cabin remodeled with 3/4" Brazilian Cherry, including the floors and hatches
  • Interior cabin includes fold out queen bed which sleeps 2 comfortably. There is a bow berth which will accommodate 2 as well
  • New toilet and electric pump with new macerator and all new plumbing
  • New hot water tank and plumbing
  • New chopping block counter top with new cook top and new sink w/spray faucet
  • New 25 gallon fresh water tank
  • New bluetooth wireless stereo w/inside and outside deck speakers
  • New shower head and plumbing
  • New matching Brazilian Cherry custom cabinets and new refrigerator
  • New critical wiring replaced, including all new toggle switches and battery compartment upgrades with new 8D batteries
  • Custom built fish box and stainless steel tackle drawers
  • New fresh and salt water washdowns with pumps, wiring and switches
  • New aluminum deck to upper station ladder with 6 rod holders
  • New Bertram one piece fiberglass cockpit deck with hatches replacing the original teak deck and all new below deck structural supports
  • New Cabin Brazilian sliding doors and custom marine exterior walls from cabin to deck
  • New bottom paint 2016
  • New turbo on Port Engine and new alternators and motor mounts on both engines....TOTAL engine hours on 1991 CAT 3208TD is ONLY 1200! 320 HP each for a total of 640 HP. Twin Disc gears and stainless shafts. Cruises 26 knots with top speed 30 knots at 2800 rpsm
  • New bilge pumps and wiring
  • 8KW Generator rebuilt in 2015
  • New Trim Tabs pumps, switches and hoses

  • All shafts and rudders recently repacked and all dry
  • New fuel transfer pump with 75 gallon reserve tank to 250 gallon main tank....fish all day offshore and typical burns only 150 gallons....that's hard running for an hour in and out
