90' Broward Motor Yacht SEA LOAFERS II

The Salon on this 90' Broward Motor Yacht SEA LOAFERS II is breath taking - you enter this huge room from either the port or starboard side through a door which can be closed for privacy. Once you enter, you will find a custom walk-behind bar at the forward end. This bar contains a refrigerator, wine chiller, and ice-maker. All in Stainless Steel there is also plenty of storage cabinets and a sink with hot and cold water. Behind the bar are beautiful glass shelves with custom Sea Rails. This bar is topped with marble and wood.

Aft of the bar to port is a large seating area with a sofa, two large chairs, and matching ottoman. The salon also features a rosewood Hi-Lo coffee table with sliding leaves. Across from this is a built-in buffet with ample storage and a new Pop-Up Plasma TV.

Continuing aft, in the port aft corner is a Player Baby Grand Piano and the starboard corner features an expandable rosewood dining/game table. There are four rattan chairs.

The salon has a very comfortable elegant feel with the mix of dark cherry walls and built-ins. White canvas slip covered furniture with matching floor length curtains all around and royal blue carpet through out. There are candelabras on the window post. There are also numerous lamps and overhead lighting which create a romantic feel after dark. While the curtains are opened one will notice the excellent view of their surroundings through the large side windows and the wall of glass which is situated aft. Installed in the main salon through to the aft deck is a Bose surround sound system.     

Moving forward on the starboard side, you will find the day head. The walls have been recovered in a cream colored raffia wall covering. There is a black granite counter with a custom silver sink and chrome faucet. The overhead is mirrored.

Pilothouse

Forward of the day head you turn to port and go up 2 steps to the Pilothouse. You will find a bench seat for guests that has been re-covered in navy blue Sunbrella with chart drawers and various other drawers below. The dash is lowered to provide excellent visibility and the wood grain face is stunning. All of the engine gauges and navigational electronics are intelligently placed. From there, you go up 4 steps to the huge flybridge. There are, also, 2 steps on the port side leading down to the port side entrance door and then back to the salon.

Galley

The galley is all the way forward on the Main Deck and is the standard "Country Kitchen" layout. There is plenty of counter space with stainless steel appliances, including: a side-by-side fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, built in microwave oven with fan and light. The galley features a 4 burner cook-top. The counters and dining table are cream colored Corian and the walls are covered with the cream colored raffia wall covering. The lounge seating around the dining table is covered in a tan raffia style fabric and the floor is covered with the royal blue carpet. Above the lounge is a huge storage cupboard with 4 mirrored doors. All of the wood trim here is stained in dark cherry and there are dark cherry 2" wood blinds on the windows. This room is finished off with a color TV mounted on a swivel overheard.

  • Master Stateroom

    The Master Stateroom is located below decks and is full beam; it features 4 large opening port holes in which glass was installed in 2005.

    A king size bed is on center-line. The Master features his and her bathrooms with a large jacuzzi tub between them. Recently reupholstered in 2016, the custom headboard and lounging couch are matching ultrasuede. The room features a vanity, ample drawer storage and two cedar-lined hanging closets. In 2016, new curtains were installed.  Built into the wall at the foot of the bed is a mini fridge, color TV, and stereo system. Royal blue carpet covers the floor (2015).

    VIP Stateroom

    The VIP Stateroom is located aft to port. It has 2 large opening port holes and a walk-around queen size bed with en-suite head and shower. TV & curtains replaced in 2016. 

    Third Stateroom

    The third stateroom is aft forward of the engine room. It has two single beds and a bathroom. TV & curtains replaced in 2016.

    This entire area has the royal blue carpet and is finished to the same caliber as the rest of the yacht. The Forward Stateroom can be used as a Guest Stateroom if needed.

    Crew Area

    This area is located on the lower deck and forward down a few steps from the country kitchen. There are two staterooms and a head with shower. The forward stateroom has a raised double bed, an overhead opening hatch with screen and port holes. The walls are covered with the raffia wall covering as well. There is a TV mounted on the aft wall. This area features ample storage in a cedar-lined hanging closet. Also, there are various drawers and additional storage under the raised bed. 

    The second stateroom is aft forward of the engine room. It has a single bed to starboard and a fold down bed to port over the lounging area. There is a TV mounted on the wall here also. This room has raffia wall covering as well.

    This entire area has the royal blue carpet and is finished to the same caliber as the rest of the yacht. The Forward Stateroom can be used as a Guest Stateroom if needed.

    Flybridge

    This area is huge, there are numerous seating areas. All of the cushions are covered with navy blue Sunbrella with white piping. All the way forward is the upper helm station with an over-sized bench seat that will seat 4-5 people. Aft of this area is the outside bar with a sink and a built-in stainless steel fridge and separate ice-maker. There are long L-shaped seating benches on both the port and starboard sides with storage below and at the aft end of the starboard bench is a painted dining table. The front area of the bridge is protected by a bimini top and Izen-Glass enclosure.

    At the end of the flybridge you will find a 2006 15' Nautica retubed (2015) hard bottom inflatable with a 2017 Four Stroke 70 hp Yamaha Outboard.

    Forward of the Nautica is the Marquipt Davit (rebuilt 12/08) and 4 adjustable teak lounge chairs with blue Sunbrella cushions. 

    Forward Deck

    This area features a large sunning pad with navy blue Sunbrella cushions, 2 large storage lockers the anchor system and the custom Broward Flag Staff.

    Aft Deck

    You are able to enter the covered aft through a new sliding Lexan Door from the salon or by way of a custom side turned stairway leading up from the swim platform. There is, also, a mount for the sea stairs here if the vessel is docked stern-in.

    You will find a Wet Bar with storage below on the starboard side and to port is a built-in bench seat with new navy blue Sunbrella cushions which have white piping and storage below. An elegant coffee table sits in front of this.

    Engine Room

    Entry into the engine room is through the Crew's Quarters. It is very spacious and strategically laid out. The Caterpillar 1050 HP 3412 main engines have remote starts and gauges above. The two Northern Lights Generators are placed outboard port and starboard. The two Cruise Air chillers (6 Ton & 3 Ton) New 10/06 are stacked on the port side. Forward is a stackable washer and dryer inboard of this. The main electrical power panel is to starboard and is well labeled. On the aft bulkhead is the fuel system with the Racor fuel filters, valves, pumps, and gauges. There is a new large Craftsmen tool chest and the two 100 amp power cords are on racks forward of each main engine. The power cords can easily be fed out a port hole on either side. Forward of the starboard engine is a nice sized work bench complete with a vise.
