No Vacancy represents one of the most customized 20' beam series Broward's which features a 4 stateroom layout with crews quarters aft, a new custom interior in 2007 along with numerous upgrades to the interior and exterior equipment.

The oversized Pilothouse features teak and holly sole along with L-shaped bench seat, new Bluewater Teak helm chair, built in storage and upholstered bulkheads. A state of the art electronics package along with customized steering wheel and ebony chart flats.

The Main Salon features comfortable furnishings and a full entertainment center to starboard housing audio-visual equipment including a 46" Sharp Aquos TV. Through the centerline door is the teak aft deck which features a new Bluewater teak table, custom bar, icemaker, refrigerator along with seating and spiral staircase to the flybridge. Access to the Crew Quarter's and Engine room is through the stern.

NO VACANCY'S custom interior was updated in 2007 with new furnishings, refinished all Birdseye maple joinery, new overhead, lighting system, etc. A toner was added to the beautiful Birdseye maple to give its satin finish a warmer, more subtle quality.
