Overview

Summerhill is a nice example of the fin keel, spade rudder, sloop with a deck-mounted mast that Catalina produced through the 70’s and 80’s. She is set up with the galley aft to port, a starboard aft quarter berth, port and starboard settees, drop down dining table, forward V-berth and enclosed head just aft of the V-berth to starboard. She has a mainsail in good condition and a 115 Genoa on a furler also in good condition. Her auxiliary power is a 15-HP Universal diesel. Please call for an appointment to see her.
