SV Diligence Walktrough

Boarding Diligence at Port or starboard is facilitated by the stainless hand holds on the dodger. The side decks have ample width for going forward. The teak cabin top handrails are kept clean and oiled. At the bow there is a large chain locker with electric windlass and a teak bow pulpit with 2 anchor rollers and 1 delta plow anchor.

Back in the T shaped cockpit you will find plenty of cushioned seating. The pedestal has a large 36" destroyer wheel, compass, chartplotter/sounder and a covertable varnished teak table. Primary winches are on the coming to port and starboard. Secondary winches are forward on the cabin top.  2 cockpit lockers provide plenty of storage. The Bimini and dodger, both in excellent condition, offer protection from the elements. 

Entering the cabin through the wide companion-way there are three steps down into the U shaped galley which has countertop aft and forward with 2 deep basins  with a nice stainless faucet for hot and cold pressure water. The gimbaled gas range is center, refrigeration is under the aft counter.

Forward of the galley is the large full width salon. There is an L-shaped Setee with convertible table to port and sofa setee to starboard. the upholstery is plush comfortable and in excellent condition. There are shelves behind the setees, louvered cabinets port and starboard, 12 volt fan to port and TV to starboard.

Forward of the salon there is a head with cupboards above the counter and cabinet under the basin. The marine head uses fresh water from the basin to flush. the faucet doubles as a shower. to starboard is a hanging locker which houses the new HVAC and three drawers for storage.

Forward of the head is the convertible V-berth. it is spacious enough for two and has a large hatch for ventilation. The other double berth is aft of the nave station under the cockpit.
