Overview

 "My Sweet Anne", is Hull #42 of this well-equipped Catalina 350, with her clean lines and spacious interior, is in the "performance/cruiser" class of vessels.  Her rig is easy to operate from the cockpit, with the mainsail easily hoisted by the electric winch, and a like new 150 genoa, providing the wind power.  Her spacious cockpit has room for 6 comfortably, and the Lewmar folding wheel, cushioned seats, removable seat and easy access to the overly large swim platform make living easy underway or on the hook.  Down below she has a full feature galley with 2 burner propane stove, oven, microwave oven, two stainless steel sinks and an oversized refrigerator and freezer with access from the counter and below with a door.  The aft cabin has a comfortable bed, good ventilation, and plenty of storage.  The main salon has long, comfortable settees, 6 foot 9 inch headroom, a table to fit the crowd, and plenty of storage.  The head features an electric head, and a shower stall with folding door.  The forward cabin has an oversized bed, plenty of storage under and in the hanging lockers, and easy access with walk up on both sides of the bed.   

This boat has been well maintained by her knowledgeable owner, and was designed to give you the performance you crave, and the comforts you need to spend an enjoyable time aboard.
