Overview

This CHB 48 Motor Yacht has only spent 2 years in saltwater. Paint is excellent. The aft bridge canvas is new. The motors have been serviced every 50 hours, and are in very good condition. There is new aft bridge and salon furniture. The current owner has spent in excess of $50,000 in the last 12 months on her.This beautiful 48 Hatteras replica has a 3 stateroom, 3 head layout, with remarkable woodwork throughout. Trisha Ann is a gem.

Salon

The main salon is forward of the aft deck and down 4 steps.  Multiple opening windows as well as a large windshield let in substantial light and make the room bright.   The second helm is located to starboard to give the captain an alternate place to navigate.   There is storage in two large cabinets, one of which houses the flat screen TV that pulls out on a tray to increase the viewing comfort.  

Galley

The galley is located forward of the salon and down three steps.  To starboard there is a large dinette with book shelves and drawer storage.  The dinette converts into a berth for added sleeping options. Two opening ports are located above the dinette for even more light and ventilation. To port there are multiple cabinets and drawers for storage, as well as a dedicated waste bin.  Corian counter tops with a large Corian sink and telescoping faucet round out the galley.  Aft of the galley is access to the engine room under the stairs that lift up. Galley amenities include:

  • Princess 3- burner electric stove and oven
  • Panasonic microwave
  • Black & Decker toaster oven
  • AC/DC refrigerator with freezer

Forward Stateroom

The forward stateroom features an over/under bunk providing flexibility over a double berth. There is ample storage in multiple drawers and lockers with built-in automatic lighting. There are opening ports and a hatch for light and ventilation while underway or at anchor.

Guest Head

The guest head is forward of the galley to port and is very large and spacious. There is the capability for this head to have a shower. For natural light and ventilation there is an opening port in the head.

Mid Ship Stateroom

The mid ship stateroom is located aft of the salon down three steps off of a companionway. There is a stackable Frigidaire washer/dryer unit to the starboard just forward of the stateroom door.  The stateroom sleeps two in a perpendicular over/under bunk arrangement.  There is a hanging locker with built-in automatic lighting and multiple drawers for storage. An opening port provides light and ventilation. The mid ship head is directly across the companionway from the stateroom.  This head features a large open layout with an opening port and a drain in the floor.

Master Stateroom

he master stateroom is located aft of the mid ship stateroom. This full beam stateroom is a very large and open room. It features a center island queen bed. There are 3 hanging lockers with built-in automatic lighting and two dressers that provide ample storage. There are 4 opening ports and a large aft hatch that create a bright and airy feel. There is also an ensuite head with a large separate stall shower with glass door.

Flybridge

The flybridge is forward and up 4 steps from the aft deck.  It is accessed through a weather tight hatch and door.  It commands a 360 degree view enabling easy docking and handling of the boat. For guests, there are multiple bench seats with cushions and storage under providing a nice entertaining spot while underway or at rest.  There is a roof mounted barbeque and dinghy with an electric davit aft and above the flybridge.

Aft Deck

The huge aft deck is entered through either port or starboard large glass and fiberglass weather tight doors. You can also go through a door and down a few steps from the aft deck to go into the salon. The spacious deck has a built in wet bar with a sink, and a refrigerator with built-in ice maker, as well as locker storage. It is large enough to accommodate real household patio furniture making for a wonderful entertaining area that is comfortable, but open and spacious at the same time. Canvas and screens make it livable all months of the year. There is a fresh water hot/cold shower on the swim platform that is accessed through a gate and down a ladder from the aft deck.
