Overview

JUS CHILL’N is an impressive 2012 84’ Cheoy Lee Bravo model which has been professionally maintained with low hours and many extra features and equipment.  Setting her apart from other Bravo models is her factory-built cockpit with a stowed davit for loading jet skis and other equipment and a TNT lift to easily handle a tender or to be used as a platform for swimming.

The vessel features a three-stateroom layout with two King Staterooms and one Queen Stateroom.  The crew quarters are located aft with two berths and a crew lounge. Her twin Caterpillar C-32 Acerts boast 1600 horsepower each and have only 2200 original hours.  JUS CHILL’N cruises at an impressive 20 knots and can reach a top speed of 24 knots.

Boarding the vessel from the aft deck there is a teak table w/ built in seating aft and two folding teak chairs.  To post there is a walk-up bar with refrigerator and stairs to the flybridge to starboard.  Stairs both port and starboard lead down to the factory-built cockpit and further to the TNT lift.

Entering from the aft deck thru a sliding glass and stainless aft deck door you enter the main salon with plenty of comfortable seating port and starboard and a large LED TV starboard.  Forward in the salon is a round dining table to port and a full-service bar to starboard.  Further forward on the main deck is a full galley with stainless appliances to port and a spiral staircase down to the master stateroom and king guest stateroom and a day head to starboard.   All the way forward on the main deck is a staircase down to the VIP queen stateroom.

On the lower deck there are three staterooms consisting of a VIP queen stateroom in the bow with a private access from the forward staircase.  The King guest stateroom and master stateroom are accessed via a spiral staircase from forward starboard in the salon.  The king guest stateroom is full beam and forward of the lower companionway while the master stateroom also features a king bed and is aft of the lower companionway.

The flybridge can be accessed from a staircase from the aft deck or a spiral staircase from the forward main salon.  The flybridge features an air-conditioned helm, three-sided EZC2Y enclosure, two helm chairs, settee with table to port and a bar w/3 barstools to starboard.  Aft is a gas BBQ grill and a large open deck for setting up chairs and entertaining.

The crew quarters and engine room are access via a center-line transom door from the cockpit.  From the transom door you enter first in the crew area with a crew stateroom to port w. 2 berths and a full crew head to starboard.  Further forward is the engine room maintained to A-1 yacht quality standards and featuring twin Caterpillar C-32 Acert engines, twin 32kw Kohler generators and many more big yacht options.
