Are you interested in living on the water with a view of South Lake Union and in walking distance from downtown Seattle? This beautifully maintained and restored 1963 52’ Chris Craft comes with assumable liveaboard moorage and faces South Lake Union.
This Constellation is a great blend of classic Chris Craft styling with updates to make her a more modern flush-deck motor yacht. Kept under cover her entire life and it shows. She has been cared for and has undergone extensive improvements and is turn key and ready to cruise. She's been fitted with a flybridge, the master stateroom was remodeled to a walk around queen with lots of storage.
Much of the past year has been spent implementing improvements. New house and starting battery banks, and extensive service, upgrades, renovation and repairs of both engines and generator. New custom cut and bound carpeting, new sofa, new queen bed, new faucets, new blinds and roman shades, and lighting updated to LED to reduce electrical draw and make days on the hook worry free.

The galley was opened up to enlarge the salon area with flat screen TV. The fully enclosed aft deck has a great outdoor sectional, features a wet bar with ice maker and beverage fridge. She has an 11' Boston Whaler on a custom davit on the stern. The forward stateroom has been fitted with its own shower with its own hot water heater, making it a complete suite. She has been further modernized with two Lectrasan Coast Guard type 1 heads. Ataraxia also boasts new stainless railing to replace the original cable rails as well as a newly added swim ladder. It also has new fender racks and fenders, making the bow area a much more usable space.
Layout:
The chain locker is forward followed by the V-berth with two bunk berths.
Next aft is a head to port and a shower opposite. Steps lead up to the galley to port and a dinette settee is starboard. More steps lead up to the salon and then down to the aft cabins with a guest stateroom with two single berths to port and a head and shower opposite. The master stateroom follows. Steps lead up from the salon to the lower helm station with a hardtop and canvas enclosure. A ladder leads to the flying bridge with two captain’s chairs and bench seating.
