SUSIE-Q ~Great Buy on this 35' Cruisers with two separate sleeping quarters

The port engine has been removed and can either be repaired by buyer or buyer can purchase another.  This can be discussed with the marine mechanic that has pulled the engine.

Port and Starboard engines were both rebuilt in 2009 and the port engine was given a freshening up due to a loose manifold.  It has since been removed.  

This is a great coastal cruiser for a family with plenty of living and recreational space.  Priced aggressively to allow for engine repair on port or to add a new engine.  This same boat would be selling for around $65,000 to $69,000.
