Vessel Walk Through

The 3870 Express has the interior of a larger vessel. When new, the 3870 was one of the only
38’ boats with a second stateroom. This trend has continued showing why this model has been
so popular. The staterooms are set forward and aft, with a full galley and sofa/dinette
separating the two. This gives the 3870 an open and spacious feel while allowing privacy. This
boat does have two full heads, again allowing privacy.

At the helm, the 3870 offers great visibility and sightlines around the dock or at speed. Seating
on the bridge deck is maximized with a dual helm seat and a spacious L-lounge on the port
side. The walk through windshield will become a necessity for any boater because of the ease
of access to the bow of the boat. In the cockpit ample seating is provided by a U Lounge with
removable table. To port is a wet bar. From the large, molded swim platform it is easy to
access the “trunk.” Conveniently hiding the shore power plugs, as well as extra lines, fenders,
or cleaning supplies.
