Overview

CHANDY is a meticulously maintained one owner Cruisers 520 Sports Coupe with low hours. Posh accommodations, aggressive styling and impressive performance make her a standout in today’s premium sport yacht market.

Enormous twin-stateroom interior boasts a full beam master state room with ensuite head. Huge galley, opulent main salon with 12’ Ultra leather sectional.  

The feature rich cockpit offers a split level design which provides a great lower entertainment area that can seat a small crowd and an upper operational area with a dual seat helm station, RayMarine E120 navigational equipment, 2X Garelick electric captain’s chairs and a cruising settee that seats 4. The lower cockpit is designed to help you to relax and entertain; features include a large starboard side U shaped settee w/custom cushions, a BBQ center with ice-maker and refrigerator and a stereo/DVD system. The wide side decks are outfitted with both stainless steel side rails and grab rails that provide safety and peace of mind when moving from the stern to the fore-deck. 

From the helm area you access the spacious salon through an opaque sliding door. The Salon features 6’6’’ headroom, ultra-leather furnishings, a media center with Panasonic home theater surround sound system and a flat panel TV, a well appointed galley, air conditioning & heating systems and a day head. There are two beautifully appointed staterooms.  The VIP stateroom is forward and features a center-line queen island bed with ensuite access to the guest head, in the salon the large settee has a "Flex Steel" foldout double bed" and aft is the beautifully appointed full beam Owner’s stateroom. This stateroom offers a queen island bed, plenty of hanging locker & drawer storage, a Sole’ flat panel TV & sound system and an Ensuite Head that features Corian countertop, Dometic toilet and a large stall shower.

CHANDY has a hydraulic swim platform which makes launching and retrieval of your dinghy easy.  She has a bow thruster and underwater lights, a walk through windshield for easy access to the bow, washer/dryer, trash compactor, 4 flat screen TV’s, and multiple stereos.

Her low hour Volvo D-12 715 HP engines deliver a top speed in excess of 30 knots and will cruise at 27 knots or you can throttle back and get more than one mile per gallon at 10 knots. This yacht is turnkey and she has just been detailed inside and out.
