CHUBASCO is a beautifully updated CSY 44 Walk Over with a newer fully enclosed center cockpit that makes for a spacious and comfortable living area. Accommodations The master stateroom is aft with its own private entry from the fully enclosed cockpit. The master berth has a 27 inch flat screen TV with built in DVD Player. The ensuite head, vanity and shower are well suited. The nav station with chart table are also here in the master cabin, convenient to the helm and includes VHF and SSB Radios and Weems & Plath ship's clock and barometer. The salon has a very spacious feel and is light, bright and airy. Settees to port and starboard surround a huge double dropleaf table providing seating for six for dinner or drinks. 42 inch flat screen TV. Excellent storage throughout. The modernized galley is at the base of the companionway and is easily accessed from the cockpit. The galley offers lots of conveniences including Emerson microwave, double stainless sinks w/updated faucet, beautiful blue ceramic tile, teak spice rack, GFI protected outlets, 3 burner gimbled Princess propane stove w/oven, 2 opening ports, 12VDC fan and lots of drawers and cabinets for storage. Double cold plate system with 110VAC engine driven compressor and 12VDC Frigiboat compressor. The forward guest stateroom features a very roomy v-berth with large overhead hatch and opening ports for ample light and ventilation. There is abundant storage under the berth. The guest head is spacious and has a separate shower stall that all cruisers prefer. The spacious cockpit has a newer full enclosure with sunbrella bimini 'n dodger including covers for the eisenglass panels. Newer cushions and a teak table that's convenient for displaying a nice spread of food 'n drinks. Edson pedestal with engine controls and mounts for GPS Chartplotter and Radar units. New electronic panels on bulkhead including Tach, Hour Meter, Engine Temp, Alternator Voltage and Oil Pressure gauges as well as Depth Finder, Wind Indicator and Auto Pilot. One of the nicest cockpits you'll ever experience. Aft Deck lifelines run gate to gate around the stern with 1" stainless steel tubing for a very secure feeling when underway. Heavy Duty aluminum Vetus Dinghy davits with manual block 'n tackle for lifting. Outboard motor mount on transom rail. |
Heads Two Raritan manual flush heads in new condition. Raw water supply is a marelon, operable seacock located in the vicinity of each head. Waste is directed to a poly waste tank located port engine compartment aft, or to a Lectra San treatment system below the aft berth, and on to a deck pump out plate located port outboard of cockpit clearly marked for WASTE. The vessel was also equipped with below the water line discharge seacocks, marelon and operable located below each head compartment basin with in line Y valves. |
