(LOCATION: Quincy MA) There is waterfront living and then there is living on the water. This two-bedroom custom houseboat surrounds you with water and all the sights and sounds that go with it. 1500 square feet of condo style living conditions on the water trumps the naturally cramped conditions normally associated with marine living or vacations.

The first floor accommodations include comfortable living room with sleeper sofa, two swivel rocking chairs, ceiling fans, tray ceiling with LED lighting, gas fireplace, and big screen television. There is a dining area with seating for four and sliding door door access to a waterside porch. The full kitchen has ample cabinet space and granite counters. Appliances include: electric range with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, and blender. The first floor guest bedroom provides comfortable accommodations with ample closet space, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, queen bed, dressing table, bath with large shower with integrated seat. The laundry features a stacked washer and dryer. A center spiral staircase leads up to the second floor.

The second floor master suite is large, open, and well appointed. Queen bed, gas fireplace, flat screen, linen closet, walk-in closet, and private bath with shower and jetted tub, ideal for soaking after a day on the water. The upper balcony wraps around two sides providing room and views for relaxing or entertaining.

This spectacular houseboat features air conditioning, gas fireplaces, ceiling fans, satellite and cable television, internet access, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
