Overview

CHARISMA is a Frank Mulder designed, heavily built, Caterpillar powered, fiberglass, low maintenance motor yacht in excellent condition. She has exceptionally good finishes throughout and an excellent open plan layout with the owner’s stateroom on deck. Her spaces on the interior are massive for a yacht of her size as a result of the headroom and her full beam main salon. Outside deck spaces are generous and all her tenders and toys are hidden in (2) garages. Her interior is in immaculate condition and she is ready to go cruising.

Main Deck

It is important to note the headroom on the main deck of CHARISMA is exceptional and measures a minimum of 7’4” (2.25m). This, along with her full beam main salon with huge windows, gives an incredible feeling of space. The owner’s stateroom with king sized berth is on the main deck forward. Fitted with electric blinds and refrigerator for drinks. Forward of the berth is a lounging settee with storage below. Forward and down three steps to a dressing area with six large hanging closets and full size make up vanity. The bathroom is fitted with double sinks, toilet, bidet and soaking Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower is all the way forward. Further aft on the main deck is access down to the three guest suites and access up to the pilothouse. The pilothouse is accommodating for guests with an L-shaped settee and table located behind the captain’s helm. The day head is adjacent the foyer area which has access out to the starboard side deck and access forward to the bow.

The galley is opposite to port with access out to the port side deck and access forward. The galley is large, light, airy and open to the dining salon which has a circular table seating 8. The dining salon can be closed off or open to the galley and the main salon by circular sliding doors and is fitted with marble floors and granite counters. One of the most interesting features of this area is the circular walls between the galley, salon and dining room, which can either be completely closed off or open to allow for a country kitchen.

As previously mentioned the main salon spaces are exceptional. Extra-large windows allow in an amazing amount of natural light. There are easy chairs and coffee tables to port, and couches to starboard. There is a walk around bar with two stools in the aft section, starboard side of the main salon. Port side aft salon is fitted with three pull out storage drawers and three cabinets with refrigerator, icemaker and wine cooler. Aft in the main salon is access to the open aft deck, which has U- shaped seating aft around the teak dining table. There are port and starboard staircases down to the massive swim platform.

CHARISMA sleeps 8 guests in owner’s party in 4 double staterooms and accommodates 6 crew in 3 cabins. The owner’s stateroom is on the main deck.

Aft Deck

Covered in teak, with built-in U-shaped settee with seating for 8. Stairs on port & starboard lead down to the swim platform.

Lower Deck

All guest staterooms each have ample storage and safes. All the way forward is a VIP stateroom with dressing area to starboard with makeup vanity and bathroom with toilet, sink and shower to port. Further aft to port is a queen berth guest stateroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Opposite to starboard is a twin lower berth stateroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The crew quarters are in the aft section of the ship, isolated from the owner and guest areas for privacy and noise. To port is a double berth Captain’s cabin with en-suite bathroom. Opposite to starboard are two additional crew cabins each with upper and lower berths and en-suite bathrooms.

The crew mess is aft to port adjacent the crew access up to the aft deck and adjacent to the engine control room. The spacious and properly laid out engine room is further aft. There is a second smaller garage all the way aft for storage of 2 jet skis and the water toys. A hydraulic door opens on the swim platform for garage access, and there is access through a watertight door to the engine room forward.

Sundeck & Flybridge

The sundeck and flybridge on CHARISMA is teak covered and well laid out. The control station is centerline with Besenzoni chair and L-shaped lounging area behind. Opposite to starboard is a bar, with BBQ and refrigerator. There is a dining table for 8-10 guests further aft. A Jacuzzi is aft of the port side lounging area and the staircase down to the main deck is opposite to starboard. The main tender is stored all the way aft under the sundeck in a “garage” which has a hydraulically lifting “lid” that closes to make the tender hidden but more importantly makes for a very large sunbed area, complete with cushions.
