Kingfisher is a 2005 44' Endeavour Trawlercat in very nice condition and ready to go! She is owned by two retired professional yachties who have kept her in typical megayacht condition. She has to be the cleanest, most organized 44' Endeavour available! Her vinyl Teak & Holly sole throughout the interior makes her very easy to maintain. A complete exterior paintjob in late 2017/early 2018
has the exterior surfaces gleaming. Kingfisher offers twin Yanmar 240 hp main engines, Northern Lights 6 kW generator, inverter, 4 X 160 watt solar panels, 2016 11'6" West Marine RIB tender, KVH satellite TV system and 2017 Garmin electronics.

Kingfisher is a 2005 44' Endeavour Trawlercat in very nice condition and ready to go!  She is owned by two retired professional yachties who have kept her in typical megayacht condition.  She has to be the cleanest, most organized 44' Endeavour available!  Her vinyl Teak & Holly sole throughout the interior makes her very easy to maintain.  A complete exterior paintjob in late 2017/early 2018 has the exterior surfaces gleaming.  Kingfisher offers twin Yanmar 240 hp main engines, Northern Lights 6 kW generator, inverter, 4 X 160 watt solar panels, 2016 11'6" West Marine RIB tender, KVH satellite TV system and 2017 Garmin electronics.  The warranties on the tender and electronics are transferable.  Kingfisher offers the Endeavour protected propeller and rudder pockets and spare props too.  Her sellers just completed a 3.5 month cruise through the Southern Exumas in the Bahamas, where all but 5-6 nights were spent "off the grid".  Kingfisher is set up perfectly for extended cruising and anchoring out.  She is Great Loop capable.

Walkthrough

From the aftdeck, you can step down onto either swimplatform, walk out either wide side deck or step into the covered upper deck/helm area. Once inside the upper deck, you will find L-shaped seating with storage and ottoman/stool with a teak table port aft, helm port forward, benchseat starboard aft and side deck access doors on each side forward. Walk forward and step down into the salon to find wrap-around seating with storage, ottoman/stool and a teak table starboard forward, master stateroom entry forward, benchseat to port, galley and guest stateroom entry port aft and starboard guest stateroom entry starboard aft. Engine room access is via each guest stateroom hinged berth.
The headroom in the salon is 6'7", 6' in the master stateroom, 6'6" in the master stateroom head, 6'7" in the galley, 6'4" in each guest stateroom, 6'8" in the guest shower and 6'7" at the helm. The master stateroom berth is 6'4" long and each guest stateroom berth is 6'6" long.

Accommodations

Kingfisher offers a full-beam master stateroom on the main deck with a centerline queen size berth and an ensuite head with enclosed shower; and two guest staterooms, both with a queen size berth. The guest head with enclosed shower is starboard amidships.

Salon

The salon offers wrap-around seating with storage, ottoman/stool and teak table starboard forward, benchseat to port, entertainment center port aft, storage drawer and counter port forward, liquor/glass cabinetry starboard aft, vinyl teak & holly sole, 4 large windows with Oceanair shades, overhead Bomar hatch and 4 fans.  Salon cushions were just re-upholstered in October 2018.

The full-beam master stateroom is forward on the main deck and offers a centerline queen sized berth, 2 overhead hatches with Oceanair shades/screens, forward fixed window with an Oceanair shade, reading light, fan, hanging locker, nightstands, vinyl teak & holly sole, separate storage/laundry/dressing room down and to port with 4 large wardrobe drawers and an ensuite head with enclosed shower, 2 portlights and fan down and to starboard.

Guest Stateroom 1

The port guest stateroom is aft and offers a queen size berth, 3 portlights, shelf, fan, desk, storage drawers and cabinet  and reading light.
The guest head with enclosed shower, portlight and fan is starboard forward of the starboard guest stateroom.

Guest Stateroom 2

The starboard guest stateroom is aft and offers a queen size berth, 3 portlights, reading light, fan, hanging locker, storage drawers and shelf. There is additional storage in the companionway.
The guest head with enclosed shower, portlight and fan is starboard forward of the guest stateroom.

Laundry Room

The laundry/storage/dressing room is port forward off the master stateroom and offers a Splendide 20002 washer/dryer, storage drawers, 2 laundry baskets, folding ironing board and iron.

Upper Deck

The upper deck offers a hardtop, Eisenglass enclosure, Coleman Mach air conditioning/heating system (2018), 2 x overhead hatches, opening center windshields, non-skid deck, fans, 2 Garelick adjustable helm seats, AFI windshield wipers, benchseat starboard, L-shaped seating and storage ottoman/stool with a folding table port aft and side deck access on each side.

Aft Deck

The aftdeck offers a non-skid deck, custom awning, generator access, storage cabinets, fresh water hot/cold shower, propane tank storage locker, cooler storage, work bench/fish cleaning table, side deck access on each side and molded-in steps to each swimplatform.
